Erasmus+ Oral Exam Access Information

The oral exam, which is the second stage of the Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam. Microsoft Teams on March 3, 2023 at 10:00 AM uygulaması üzerinden gerçekleştirilecektir. 27.02.2023 tarihinde “25.02.2023 Tarihli Erasmus+ Yabancı Dil Sınavı Sonuçları ve Sözlü Sınava Girebilecek Adayların Listesi” başlığı ile ilan edilen listede sonucu sözlü sınava girebilir olarak görünen adayların sözlü sınava katılmaları gerekmektedir. Sınavın her iki aşamasına da katılım zorunludur. İki aşamadan birine katılmayan adayların puanı oluşmayacak ve sınavı geçersiz sayılacaktır. Erasmus+ Yabancı Dil Sınavı puanı çoktan seçmeli sınavın %50’si ve sözlü sınavın %50’sinden oluşmaktadır.

Exam Environment: Microsoft Teams

• The exam will be conducted online via the Microsoft Teams application.
• Candidates must log in to the system using their institutional email addresses (studentnumber@cumhuriyet.edu.tr). If the Teams application does not work, or if accessing the system via a browser, it is mandatory to enter the Full Name and Student Number in the name field.
• Students will be interviewed individually by the relevant staff. Please wait in the lobby until your turn.
• At the beginning of the oral examination, an identity check will be conducted by the examiner. Candidates must have their Turkish Republic Identity Card/National Identity Card/Foreign Identity Card/Valid Passport and Student ID Card ready. The identity check will be performed by having the candidate look clearly at the camera and showing both identity cards to the examiner simultaneously. • Candidates who do not, cannot, or refuse to open their screen will have their exam invalidated.
• Both identification cards must be presented. Candidates who present only one card or who fail to present any identification cards will have their exams invalidated.
• During the exam, camera recordings are taken for exam security purposes and stored for the period specified in the relevant legislation.
• By taking the exam, the candidate is deemed to have accepted the processing and storage of their personal data.
• In the event of any doubt regarding the security of the exam, the exam supervisor has full authority to decide on the validity of the exam.
