Under the social security agreement between Türkiye and Germany, some participants who meet the eligibility criteria according to Turkish Social Security Institution (SGK) regulations may be able to receive health benefits through SGK in Germany.

A/T 11 procedures are handled by SGK (Social Security Institution).

Whether the participant's social security status and mobility status are in accordance with the A/T 11 application. It is evaluated by the Social Security Institution. The authority to prepare the A/T 11 forms belongs to the Social Security Institution (SGK).

01 · APPLICATION

Application to the Coordinator

Participants who will be undertaking a mobility program to Germany and are eligible to benefit from the Social Security Institution (SGK) scheme should contact the Coordinator's Office to have the necessary document prepared. They apply by submitting a petition.

02 · SGK

Application to the Social Security Directorate

The application is submitted to the Provincial Social Security Directorate or Social Security Center, along with the relevant letter issued by the university and other documents requested by the Social Security Institution (SGK).

03 · FORMULAS

The Social Security Institution (SGK) will assess eligibility.

The participant's social security status and application requirements are evaluated by the Social Security Institution (SGK). If the requirements are met, the relevant health assistance certificate is issued by the SGK.

04 · GERMANY

Accessing Healthcare

After the issued health assistance document has been duly submitted to the relevant institution in Germany, the participant can benefit from health assistance within the framework of the contract provisions and German legislation.

Eligibility for A/T 11 and other SGK (Social Security Institution) health assistance documents is determined by SGK based on the participant's insurance status, nature of mobility, duration, and other social security conditions. The letter provided by the university does not replace SGK's final assessment.
