Erasmus+ Student Mobility
Erasmus+ student mobility supports students in gaining academic, professional and cultural experiences abroad through study, traineeship, doctoral and short-term blended mobility activities.
General Information
What is Student Mobility?
Student mobility is an Erasmus+ activity undertaken for study or internship purposes at the associate, undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral level in appropriate academic fields. The mobility should be aligned with the student's field of study and personal development needs.
Formal Education
Applicants must be enrolled in full-time education at Sivas Cumhuriyet University.
Academic Adaptation
The activity should be planned in a way that is appropriate to the student's field of study and type of mobility.
Academic Recognition
The relevant academic recognition process is carried out for successfully completed study or internship activities.
Application
Application Requirements
Applicants for Erasmus+ student mobility programs must meet the general application requirements listed below. If different or additional conditions are specified in the relevant announcement, the provisions stated in the announcement text will be used as the basis for evaluating the applications.
SCU
Being a Student
Applicants must be enrolled as full-time students in an associate's, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral program at Sivas Cumhuriyet University.
AGNO
Having an Academic Grade Point Average
Students enrolled in preparatory classes, as well as first-year associate and undergraduate students whose overall academic average (GPA) has not yet been determined, are not eligible to apply for Erasmus+ student mobility.
AGNO
High school diploma scores cannot be used.
In Erasmus+ student mobility applications, academic achievement is assessed based on the overall academic grade point average (GPA) obtained at the higher education level. Applications based on high school diploma grades or high school graduation grades will not be accepted.

Associate's Degree / Bachelor's Degree
The minimum GPA for associate and undergraduate students must be 2.20/4.00.

Master's / Doctorate
The minimum GPA required for master's and doctoral students is 2.50/4.00.
2027+
Foreign Language Requirement
2027 çağrı yılı ve sonrasında Üniversitemiz tarafından kurum içi Erasmus+ yabancı dil sınavı uygulanmayacaktır. Adayların kabul edilen merkezi veya eşdeğer uluslararası yabancı dil sınavlarından geçerli bir sonuç belgesine sahip olmaları gerekir. Yabancı dil puanı, değerlendirme puanının %50’sini oluşturur; uygulanacak asgari puanlar aşağıdaki Yabancı Dil bölümünde açıklanmıştır.
12 Months
Total Time Limit
The total duration of Erasmus+ student mobility programs within the same educational level cannot exceed 12 months. For single-level programs such as medicine, the total duration is a maximum of 24 months.
Candidates with multiple student registrations will only be considered based on the student registration they applied with. Meeting the application requirements does not guarantee eligibility for mobility; evaluation and placement procedures are carried out according to the criteria stated in the announcement.
Student status regarding internship mobility: Erasmus+ traineeship mobility cannot be undertaken after graduation. Students who are accepted for traineeship mobility must complete their mobility while they are still students and before their graduation date.
Application
Application Documents
Applicants must upload their application documents to the TURNAPortal system as complete, legible, and properly scanned PDFs. Incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable documents may result in the application being deemed invalid.
Passport Photo
A passport-sized photograph (4.5 x 6 cm) taken from the front within the last 6 months must be uploaded.
Student Certificate
A current student certificate with a QR code or a wet signature/seal, obtained on or after the application start date, will be accepted.
Transcript
A current transcript with a QR code or a wet signature/seal, obtained on or after the application start date, must be uploaded.
Foreign Language Certificate
A verifiable result certificate from YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL, e-YÖKDİL, e-TEP, or other international foreign language exams accepted according to ÖSYM equivalency regulations in effect on the application date must be uploaded. For the 2027 call year and onwards, the general validity period of student exam results is 5 years from the exam date, unless a shorter period is specified on the document.
Uploading all required documents before, during, and after the mobility period via TURNAPortal is mandatory. Documents submitted outside the portal will not be evaluated, subject to the relevant announcement and process provisions.
Definitions
Types of Mobility
Long-Term Student Learning Mobility
This means that the student completes part of their studies at a higher education institution abroad with which our university has an Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement.
- This can only be done at partner higher education institutions.
- Current agreement terms, department/field, and quotas are taken into consideration.
- Mobility must last at least 60 days.
- A maximum of one grant period, approximately 5 months, is possible.
- A course load of 30 ECTS credits is required for one semester.
- Students are expected to pass at least two-thirds of the courses taken.
Long-Term Student Traineeship Mobility
It is when a student completes an internship abroad at a business, research institute, laboratory, institution, or organization related to their academic field of study.
- Associate degree, undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students can apply.
- Attending classes at a higher education institution is not considered an internship.
- The activity period must be at least 2 months.
- Internship mobility can be funded for a maximum of 6 months.
- The internship must be related to the student's academic field.
- Erasmus+ traineeship mobility is not possible after graduation. Students who are accepted for internship mobility programs are required to complete their activities before their graduation date.
Short-Term Blended Mobility
This is a short-term Erasmus+ student mobility program that combines physical mobility with a complementary virtual component.
- The duration of physical activity should be at least 5 days.
- Participation in the virtual component before or after physical activity is mandatory.
- Only the time spent on physical activity is eligible for grants.
- There must be a minimum course load of 3 ECTS credits or equivalent academic workload.
- BIP, blended internships, and short-term doctoral mobility programs can be considered within this scope.
Mixed Intensive Program / BIP
Blended Intensive Programs are short, intensive training programs that combine physical activity with online learning.
- It is carried out in the areas and at the levels determined by the coordinating institution.
- Physical mobility and the virtual component are completed together.
- A final project or equivalent academic work may be required following the virtual component.
- It is essential that at least 3 ECTS credits are recognized upon completion of the activity.
Quota
How are quotas determined?
Long-Term Mobilities
Long-term study and traineeship mobility quotas are determined by considering criteria such as the number of Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreements of the units, average past application rates, previous mobility performance, allocated grant, number of valid applications, foreign language proficiency, and previous participation history.
In learning mobility, the 2013 ISCED-F area codes included in inter-institutional agreements are taken into consideration, along with the maximum number of mobility students that partner institutions can accept and their application/preference status.
Short-Term Mobilities
Short-term blended mobility and BIP quotas are determined by the coordinating university, taking into account the field of activity, level of education, partner institution quota, and the academic scope of the program.
In programs like BIP, placement procedures may be conducted in a way that prioritizes doctoral, master's (with thesis), master's (without thesis), and undergraduate students, if specified in the announcement.
If there are no applications within the quota set for a unit, or if selected students withdraw, the remaining quotas may be transferred to other units by a decision of the relevant commission or board.

In case of equal total scores, priority may be determined based on academic achievement grade, class/level, or age criteria, depending on the type of announcement. Final application will be made according to the provisions stated in the relevant announcement text.

Trip
Mileage-Based Travel Grant
The travel grant is calculated using the European Commission's distance calculator, based on the one-way distance between the starting point and the location of the activity. The amounts in the table are the total contribution for round trip; they are not multiplied by two.

A total of two travel day grants can be provided: one day before the activity and one day after. If green travel is used, individual support grants can be provided for a maximum of six days of travel before and after the activity.
Sustainability
Green Travel
Under the Erasmus+ program, green travel refers to travel where the main part of the journey is undertaken using low-emission and more sustainable modes of transport. Modes of transport such as trains, buses, shared cars, and bicycles can be considered within the scope of green travel.
Which modes of transportation?
Low-emission modes of transportation such as trains, buses, shared cars, and bicycles can be preferred. In journeys where multiple modes of transportation are used together, the main portion of the route should be completed using sustainable modes of transportation.
Departure and Return
According to the program definition, for a trip to be considered green travel, at least half of the total round-trip journey must be undertaken using low-emission transportation vehicles. The outbound and return routes are evaluated together.
Additional Travel Days
If necessary, individual support grants can be provided for a maximum of 2 travel days in total before and after the activity for standard travel; and a maximum of 6 travel days in total for green travel.
Certification
Tickets, reservations, travel documents, or other documents that can verify the route and mode of transport used, proving that the green trip was made, must be kept and presented upon request.
Priority is given to low-emission transportation for journeys under 500 km.
The Erasmus+ program generally encourages the use of low-emission transportation for trips under 500 km, and for trips over 500 km, it promotes making travel more sustainable by combining different modes of transportation.

The travel grant applicable for green travel is the amount specified in the KM-Based Travel Grant table above for the relevant distance band. The amount in the table represents the total round-trip travel contribution and is not multiplied by two.
Green travel support must be requested during the application process, and the required documents must be uploaded to the system within the specified timeframe. If the trip does not meet the green travel conditions or cannot be documented, green travel support may not be granted, and the grant amount may be re-evaluated based on the type of trip taken.

The Erasmus+ Program encourages the participation of participants with limited resources. A participant with limited resources is a potential participant who, due to their personal physical, mental, or health condition, would not be able to participate in the project or mobility activity without additional financial support.

Yabancı Dil Sınavı, Geçerli Belgeler ve Asgari Puanlar
2027 çağrı yılı ve sonrasındaki Erasmus+ öğrenci hareketliliği başvurularında uygulanacak yabancı dil sınavı, sınav sonucu geçerlilik süresi ve asgari yabancı dil puanı esasları aşağıda yer almaktadır. İlgili hareketlilik ilanında açıkça farklı bir düzenleme bulunması hâlinde ilan metnindeki özel hüküm uygulanır.
2027 çağrı yılı ve sonrasında Üniversitemiz tarafından kurum içi Erasmus+ yabancı dil sınavı uygulanmayacaktır. Öğrenci adayların başvurularında aşağıda belirtilen merkezi sınavlardan veya kabul edilen eşdeğer uluslararası sınavlardan alınmış geçerli sonuç belgeleri esas alınacaktır. Bu düzenleme, Erasmus+ Kurum Koordinatörlüğü Yönetim Kurulunun 10.07.2026 tarihli ve 2026-24 sayılı Kararı ile Avrupa Birliği Projeleri Yasal Temsilcisinin 20.07.2026 tarihli ve 738865 sayılı Oluru doğrultusunda uygulanacaktır.

Ankara Üniversitesi tarafından gerçekleştirilen TıpDİL sınavı; yalnızca tıp, diş hekimliği ve eczacılık alanlarında uzmanlık eğitimi gören öğrenciler bakımından ve ilgili uzmanlık alanıyla sınırlı olmak üzere kabul edilebilir.

Öğrenci Sınav Sonuçlarının Genel Geçerlilik Süresi
Öğrenci hareketliliği başvurularında kullanılacak yabancı dil sınav sonuçları, sınav sonuç belgesinde ayrıca bir geçerlilik süresi belirtilmemiş olması hâlinde, sınavın gerçekleştirildiği tarihten itibaren 5 yıl süreyle geçerlidir.
Başvurunun son günü itibarıyla sınav tarihinin üzerinden beş yıldan fazla süre geçmiş olan sonuçlar değerlendirmeye alınmaz.
Belgede Daha Kısa Süre Bulunması
Sınavı gerçekleştiren yetkili kurum tarafından sonuç belgesi üzerinde ayrıca bir geçerlilik süresi belirtilmiş ve bu süre 5 yıldan daha kısa ise belge üzerinde belirtilen geçerlilik süresi esas alınır.

Değerlendirme Puanına Etkisi
Yabancı dil puanı, öğrenci Erasmus+ değerlendirme puanının %50’sini oluşturur. Diğer %50, ilgili ilan hükümleri doğrultusunda genel not ortalamasından oluşur.
Karşı Kurumun Daha Yüksek Dil Şartı
Karşı kurumun, hareketliliğin gerçekleştirileceği ülkenin, bölümün veya programın bu sayfadaki asgari puanlardan daha yüksek bir yabancı dil yeterliliği talep etmesi hâlinde karşı kurumun daha yüksek şartı ayrıca sağlanmalıdır. Buradaki asgari puanın sağlanması karşı kurum tarafından kabul garantisi oluşturmaz.
BIP, Karma ve Kısa Dönem Hareketliliklerde İstisna
Karma Yoğun Programlar (BIP), karma hareketlilikler ve kısa dönem hareketliliklerde faaliyet türü, hedef grup, karşı kurumun talebi ve ilan koşulları dikkate alınarak farklı yabancı dil şartları belirlenebilir. Bu tür özel uygulamalar ilgili hareketlilik ilanında açıkça gösterilir.
Yabancı dil sınavlarının eşdeğerlik ve CEFR karşılıklarının belirlenmesinde başvuru tarihinde yürürlükte bulunan ÖSYM eşdeğerlik düzenlemeleri ile sınavı gerçekleştiren yetkili kurum veya kuruluşların resmî seviye tabloları esas alınır. İlgili hareketlilik ilanında daha yüksek veya özel bir yabancı dil koşulu düzenlenmişse ilan hükmü uygulanır.

Öğrenci hareketliliklerinde kalın yazılan ülkeler lisans ve yüksek lisans düzeyindeki öğrenciler için hareketlilik yapılabilen ülkelerdir. Kalın olmayan ülkeler için lisans ve yüksek lisans düzeyinde hareketlilik imkânı bulunmayıp bu ülkeler kural olarak doktora düzeyindeki hareketlilikler kapsamında değerlendirilir. Başvuru yapılabilecek ülke, kurum, kontenjan, öğrenim kademesi, ISCED alanı ve hibe durumu her zaman ilgili KA171 ilan metninde ayrıca belirtilir.
Belarus ve Rusya Federasyonu gibi bazı ülkeler için Erasmus+ Programı kapsamında dönemsel kısıtlamalar uygulanabilir. Bu nedenle bu tablo genel bölge sınıflandırmasını göstermek amacıyla sunulmuş olup, kesin uygunluk değerlendirmesinde ilgili başvuru ilanı ve güncel Erasmus+ Program kuralları esas alınır.

Bu sayfadaki bilgilendirme ile yürürlükteki resmî düzenlemeler arasında farklılık bulunması hâlinde güncel resmî düzenleme ve ilgili ilana özgü özel hükümler esas alınır. Uygulamada tereddüt oluşması hâlinde konu, Erasmus+ Kurum Koordinatörlüğü tarafından ilgili mevzuat ve program kuralları çerçevesinde değerlendirilir.
