The coordination office's quality policy is based on data-driven monitoring and continuous improvement of internationalization processes.

Quality Policy

Within the framework of our university's internationalization strategy, our office develops policies aimed at increasing the effectiveness of exchange programs, raising the number of participants, continuously improving processes, and strengthening the university's international recognition.

Accordingly, the office's processes are systematically evaluated using various data collection methods such as student feedback, surveys, and monitoring reports, and necessary improvements are made in light of the findings.

Mission

Mission

To ensure the realization of international student and personnel exchange programs in line with the internationalization strategy and objectives of our university and to develop activities for the international recognition of our university.

In this context,

  • To sign inter-institutional agreements with higher education institutions in different countries,
  • To organize introductory and informational meetings for our students and staff to inform them about the Erasmus program, and to provide support for meetings organized by the units.,
  • To develop strategies and undertake activities to increase the number of international students and staff,
  • To ensure our university has an education and training model that complies with the Bologna process, we need to collaborate with academic units.,
  • Preparing projects on behalf of the university to benefit from funding opportunities provided by the European Commission.,
  • To regularly participate in international promotional days with the participation of our partner institutions and in international events organized by our partner countries and institutions for the promotion of our University,
  • To establish the necessary international connections for organizing joint degree programs in different countries.
