3: The candidate has no foreign language proficiency score, their foreign language certificate is incomplete/invalid, or their foreign language proficiency score does not meet the minimum requirements.
4: Candidates selected for mobility programs with grants may waive their financial support if they so request.
5: The 2023 Contribution Agreement between Turkey and the European Commission has not yet been signed. Therefore, your application for Erasmus+ student mobility, whether you are selected for mobility with or without a grant, does not constitute a vested right. Whether you will receive a grant and the amount of your grant will be finalized once the agreement with the European Commission is signed and the subsequent grant allocation process to your university is completed. Your university or the Turkish National Agency cannot be held responsible for any material or moral losses that may arise from delays or disruptions in these agreement processes.
6: A candidate's placement in an institution with their primary status does not guarantee that they will complete the mobility program. The candidate may be unable to complete the program due to incorrect choices, failure to meet the terms of inter-institutional agreements or the specific requirements of the partner institution, or the other institution's refusal to accept the candidate.
! SORTED BY UNIT AND SCORE.
Since the Translation and Interpreting department offers education in two different foreign languages, the department's quota is distributed equally between both languages.
!!! There is no institution where reserve candidates have been placed. If the candidates with primary status resign, the status of the reserve candidates will be re-evaluated by the Election Commission.

WORKFLOW
Things to do before you go
- Candidates who are primarily selected must complete a declaration of participation online within the specified dates if they will participate, or a waiver form if they will not participate. Candidates on the reserve list do not need to take any action.
- Candidates who declare their intention to participate in the mobility program will receive an email from the relevant staff member regarding the workflow.
- An orientation meeting for students is organized by the Coordination Office. Attendance at the meeting is mandatory; those who do not attend will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the relevant legislation.
- Candidates who are selected for the internship mobility program must submit their internship invitation letter by the specified date. Candidates who fail to submit their invitation letter by the specified date will be considered to have forfeited their rights, sanctions will be applied in accordance with the relevant legislation, and if deemed necessary, the opportunity will be given to alternates.
- The nomination process for candidates who are accepted for study mobility is handled by the Coordination Office. Following the nomination process, if the host institution accepts the student, an invitation letter is requested from the relevant university and sent to the participant.
- Participants undertaking study mobility visit the website of the host university to conduct research and learn about the institution's academic calendar, courses, department coordinator, admission requirements, necessary documents, and application procedures, and then complete the relevant processes.
- All participants are required to use their institutional email addresses (studentnumber@cumhuriyet.edu.tr) in the European Commission information systems. Participants who do not have an institutional email address or have forgotten their password can obtain a new password from the Information Technology Department's website.
- Participants undertaking learning mobility register on the following systems: SCÜPortal, YETKİM, OLA, EU|Academy, and ErasmusApp. After registration, the OLA form is completed and signed with the assistance of the unit coordinator. Once the participant signs the OLA online, the document appears in the unit coordinator's system. The unit coordinator reviews the OLA and either signs or rejects it. If rejected, the OLA appears on the student's screen, requesting corrections. The OLA signed by the unit coordinator is sent to the coordinator at the host institution. After the host institution's unit coordinator also signs, the OLA is completed. If the host institution is not yet using the OLA system, the OLA is completed as a Word file and processed with a wet signature.
- Participants undertaking an internship mobility program must complete the Internship Application Form and Traineeship Agreement (LA) available on the website. There is no OLA (Online Traineeship Agreement) for this internship mobility program. The LA for Traineeship document must be completed as a Word file. To ensure that the European Commission and the host institution can be notified of the participant's student registration, they must register with SCÜPortal, YETKİM, EU|Academy, and ErasmusApp systems.
- Before starting their mobility program, all participants are advised to register on the EU|Academy website and take the foreign language test to assess their language skills and obtain certification.
- After the completion of the OLA (Open Learning Agreement), the Academic Approval Form is filled out and signed by the participant, the Erasmus+ unit coordinator, and the Head of Department. The signed document is then submitted to our Coordination Office.
- If the student has a passport, they will apply for a visa individually with the eligibility/grant and visa letter they will receive from our Coordination Office. Before applying for a visa, participants must obtain travel health insurance (internship participants must also obtain accident and liability insurance). Students without a passport will apply for a passport and start the visa process after receiving their passport. The visa fee is the responsibility of the participant.
- Vizesini alan öğrenci pasaport ve vizesi ile Koordinatörlüğümüze başvurur ve taahhütname ile hibe sözleşmesini imzalar. Katılımcının Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O.’da Vadesiz Avro hesabının olması gerekmektedir. Hesabı olmayan katılımcı hesabını açar ve IBAN Bilgisi Dökümünü Koordinatörlüğümüze teslim eder. Hibe sözleşmesinin her iki imzası tamamlandıktan sonra mevzuatta ve hibe sözleşmesinde belirtilen süre içerisinde katılımcıya hibenin %80’i yatırılır. Hesabına hibesi yatan katılımcı dekontu Koordinatörlüğe gönderir.
- The cost of airfare is the responsibility of the participant. In accordance with the protocol between the Turkish National Agency and Turkish Airlines, students requesting a discount code should apply to my Coordinator's Office, and after completing the necessary procedures, they can generate the discount code themselves from the system.
- Upon arrival at the host institution, the participant signs the Arrival Document, scans it, and sends it to our Coordination Office. This document must be re-signed to include the departure date before returning to Türkiye and submitted to our Coordination Office upon return.
Things to do after returning
