APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- To be a full-time student at Sivas Cumhuriyet University in one of the following programs: associate degree, bachelor's degree, master's degree, doctorate, or medical specialization.
- For associate and undergraduate students, a minimum GPA of 2.20 is required; for master's and doctoral students, a minimum GPA of 2.50 is required.
- SCU International Relations Office: Having a valid score on the Foreign Language Exam or a foreign language exam accepted by ÖSYM (Student Selection and Placement Center)
- Medical and dental residency students must submit their TUS and DUS Central Examination Result Certificates.
- If the student has previously benefited from activities within their current level of education, the total duration of the new activity, together with the previous one, should not exceed 12 months.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Genel Not Ortalamasının %50’si ve Yabancı Dil Puanının %50’si alınarak Erasmus+ Genel Başarı Puanı (100 üzerinden) belirlenecektir.
- To be eligible for mobility, a minimum score of 50 on a foreign language exam (SCU International Relations Office Foreign Language Exam or a foreign language exam recognized by ÖSYM) is required. The SCU International Relations Office Foreign Language Exam is valid for 2 years.
- İngilizce sınavına giren İngiliz Dili ve Edebiyatı ile İngilizce Öğretmenliği öğrencileri için baraj puanı 70; Mütercim-Tercümanlık öğrencileri için 65; Alman Dili ve Edebiyatı, Fransız Dili ve Edebiyatı öğrencileri içinse 60 puandır. Almanca sınavına giren Alman Dili ve Edebiyatı öğrencileri için baraj puanı 65, diğer bölüm öğrencileri içinse 50 puandır.
- Fransızca sınavına giren Mütercim-Tercümanlık ve Fransız Dili ve Edebiyatı öğrencileri için baraj puanı 65, diğer bölüm öğrencileri içinse 50 puandır.
- Relatives of martyrs and veterans (if documented) receive +15 points.,
- Students with disabilities (provided their disability is documented) will receive +10 points. (Additional grant opportunities are available for students with disabilities.)
- 2828 Sayılı Sosyal Hizmetler Kanunu ile 5395 sayılı Çocuk Koruma Kanunu kapsamında haklarında koruma, bakım veya barınma kararı alınmış öğrencilere +10 puan,
- Başvuru esnasında staj yeri kabul mektubu sunma +10 puan,
- Dijital becerileri geliştirmeye yönelik stajlar önceliklendirilir +5 puan,
- -10 points for each Erasmus+ mobility activity previously undertaken.,
- Those participating in mobility activities in their country of citizenship will receive -10 points.,
- Those who qualify for Erasmus+ mobility but waive their right outside of the specified waiver periods will be penalized with -10 points.
- İki hareketlilik türüne (öğrenim veya staj ) aynı anda başvurma (öğrencinin tercih ettiği hareketlilik türüne azaltma uygulanır) -10 puan,
- Every student who meets the selection criteria can benefit from the mobility program without a grant.

- Kontenjanlar ilgili birimlerin anlaşma sayıları, ortalama başvuru sayıları ve geçmiş Erasmus+ hareketliliği performanslarına göre dağıtılmıştır.
- Birimler için belirlenen kontenjan dâhilinde başvuru olmaması veya seçilen öğrencilerin vazgeçmeleri durumunda açıkta kalan kontenjanlar, diğer birimlere aktarılacaktır.

- Öğrenim hareketliliği 2-12 ay , staj hareketliliği ise 2-6 ay süreli hibelendirilecektir.
APPLICATIONS:
- Başvurular online olarak https://erasmus.cumhuriyet.edu.tr adresinden alınacaktır.
- Yabancı dil sınavının sonucunu gösterir belge online başvuruda sunulacak olup, sonuç belgesi başvuru ekranına yüklenmesi gerekmektedir. ( Ösym tarafından kabul edilen yabancı dil sınavları)
- Erasmus ofisi tarafından yapılan yabancı dil sınav sonuçlarının sadece sınav notu girilecektir. Her hangi bir belge yüklemesi yapılmayacaktır.
