EVALUATION RESULTS
24.06.2025 tarihlerinde yayımlanan 2502 ve 2503 numaralı Erasmus+ Öğrenci Öğrenim ve Personel Eğitim Alma Hareketliliği Karma Yoğun Program (BIP) İlanı (2024 KA131) ilanlarının değerlendirme sonuçlarına Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı TUNAPortal üzerinden erişebilirsiniz.

Hak kazanan adayların 29.06.2025 16.00’a kadar katılım beyanı veya feragat dilekçesini çevrim içi olarak doldurup TURNAPortal sistemine yüklemesi gerekmektedir. Belirtilen süre içerisinde ilgili formlardan birini doldurmayan ve TURNAPortal sistemine yüklemeyen adaylar haklarını kaybederler ve ilgili mevzuat uyarınca yaptırım uygulanır.

ÖNEMLİ HUSUSLAR
In accordance with the letter dated 22.02.2022 and numbered 12994 from the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education and the letter dated 06.10.2023 and numbered 81749 from the Presidency of the European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), it has been stipulated that the processes related to Erasmus+ Higher Education Student and Staff Mobility must be carried out through TURNAPortal (https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/). Therefore, it is mandatory to upload all documents requested before, during, and after the mobility (declaration of participation, waiver letter, acceptance letter/invitation letter, identity card, passport, learning agreement, certificate of participation, etc.) to the Portal.
Uploading all documents to the TURNAPortal system is mandatory. Participants who fail to upload their participation declaration to TURNAPortal by the specified date will lose their rights. Candidates who fail to upload their participation declaration/waiver form to TURNAPortal by the specified dates will be subject to sanctions in accordance with relevant legislation.
A student can participate in mobility for a maximum of 12 months at a single academic level. Students who have previously participated in mobility must have a minimum of 5 days of mobility time available.
Applications from candidates who incorrectly fill out the participation declaration or waiver form will not be accepted. When filling out the documents, please ensure that you correctly specify the announcement information, project type (KA131/KA171), and mobility type (study/internship). The responsibility for any consequences arising from this lies with the candidate, and our Coordination Office cannot be held responsible.
All candidates participating in the mobility program are required to open a UETS e-notification account and upload their UETS document to TURNAPortal before the mobility program. Participants who do not open a UETS account and upload the document to the system will not receive payment.
An orientation meeting will be held for the selected candidates. Attendance at the orientation meeting is mandatory. Those who do not attend will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Mobility is only permitted on the dates specified in the advertisement and to the institution specified in the advertisement.

24.06.2025 tarihinde 2502 ve 2503 numaralı “Erasmus+ Öğrenci Öğrenim Hareketliliği Karma Yoğun Program (BIP) İlanı (2024 KA131) [İlan No: 2502]” ve “Erasmus+ Personel Eğitim Alma Hareketliliği Karma Yoğun Program (BIP) İlanı (2024 KA131) [İlan No: 2503]” başlığı ile yayımlanan 2024 KA131 Öğrenci Öğrenim ve Personel Eğitim Alma (AB Üye Ülkeleri ve Programla İlişkili Olan Üçüncü Ülkeler) Hareketliliği Karma Yoğun Program (BIP) ilanlarına yapılan başvuruların sonuçlarını değerlendirmek amacıyla 07.02.2025 tarih ve 526183 sayılı yazı ile Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Rektörlüğü tarafından atanan üyelerin üçünden oluşan Erasmus+ Seçim Komisyonu Erasmus+ Kurum Koordinatörü Prof. Dr. Süleyman DEĞİRMEN vekaletiyle Erasmus+ Kurum Koordinatör Yardımcısı Öğr. Gör. Emre SEVEN başkanlığında 27.06.2025 tarihinde saat 16.45’te toplanmış ve ekli listede yer alan Personel Hareketliliği Yerleştirme Sonuçlarının uygun olduğuna karar vermiştir.

AÇIKLAMALAR
- Participants must submit a declaration of participation stating that they will undertake the mobility programs they have been awarded under Erasmus+, or a waiver letter indicating their desire to withdraw from these programs. These documents must be submitted by the date and time specified on the results announcement page. Candidates who fail to submit their documents within the deadline will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus+ Handbook for Higher Education Institutions published by the Presidency of the European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), the Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Directive, and the Erasmus Program Directive.
- Candidates may appeal the evaluation results until this date. Appeals will be accepted online. Appeals will not be accepted in person. The appeal form will be published on the same page where the evaluation results are announced.

- Mobility dates are determined by the coordinating higher education institution, and activities must be carried out within these dates. The coordinating institution reserves the right to change the dates.
