Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Erasmus+ Institutional Coordination Unit has announced the Erasmus+ KA131 (EU Member States and Third Countries Associated with the Programme) Student Learning Mobility Blended Intensive Programme (BIP).

Applications must be submitted through the TURNAPortal system, operated by the Presidency of European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), using a Digital Turkey (e-Government) password, between the dates specified under the heading IMPORTANT DATES. https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr It will be obtained via this address.

The system user manual prepared by the Turkish National Agency is included as an annex to the relevant announcement. Applications that do not comply with the announcement text will be considered invalid. The system user manual is for informational purposes only and has no official validity. In case of any discrepancy between the announcement text and the system user manual or the statements made on the system screens, the PDF version of the announcement text shall prevail.

Applications for the Student Learning Mobility Blended Intensive Programme will be accepted between June 26, 2025 and June 27, 2025.

The minimum announcement and application period has been limited by the decision of the Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Erasmus+ Institutional Coordination Board and the Rectorate's approval, in order to ensure the smooth workflow of the Blended Intensive Programme and at the request of the host institution.

For Master's and Doctoral students who do not yet have a weighted grade point average, their previous degree grade point average will be automatically added by the system. Students in this situation must upload their previous degree transcript to the Transcript section (the transcript must state that the applicant has graduated and their graduation grade point average). The requirements for the transcript file are specified in the application documents section.

This does not apply to undergraduate students, as their weighted grade point average will be calculated by the application deadline.

Foreign students who receive the Türkiye Scholarships (YTB Scholarship) from the Presidency of Turks Abroad and Related Communities should apply during the application process.
