EVALUATION RESULTS
01.01.2024 tarihli Erasmus+ Personel Hareketliliği (2022, 2023 KA131) ilanının yedek yerleştirme sonuçlarına Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı Erasmus+ Başvuru Portali üzerinden erişebilirsiniz.
https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr After going to [website address] and logging in with your Digital Türkiye (e-Government) password, click on the "My Applications" option in the left-hand menu. Your evaluation result will be displayed next to the relevant job posting.
Hak kazanan adayların 03.01.2025 16.30 tarihine kadar katılım beyanı veya feragat dilekçesini çevrim içi olarak doldurup TURNAPortal sistemine yüklemesi gerekmektedir. Belirtilen süre içerisinde ilgili formlardan birini doldurmayan adaylar haklarını kaybederler ve adaya ilgili mevzuat uyarınca yaptırım uygulanır. Hakkını bu nedenden kaybeden adaylar, sonraki Erasmus+ ilanlarına başvurularında puan azaltma işlemi uygulanır.

İlgili koordinatör üniversiteler hareketlilik ve belgeler ile ilgili farklı uygulamaya sahip olabilir (ek belge talep etme, sağlık sigortası zorunluluğu vb.). Katılımcıya ödenecek hibe ilgili koordinatör üniversite tarafından ödenecek, SCÜ Erasmus+ Kurum Koordinatörlüğü tarafından herhangi bir ödeme yapılmayacaktır. Adayın uygulama süreci hakkında bilgi edinmesi gerekmektedir.

If those on the reserve list in these evaluation results become eligible for mobility through another announcement within one year following the announcement of the results, those personnel will not be granted the right to participate in that announcement.

Erasmus+ Selection Committee Decision
01.01.2024 tarihinde “ERASMUS+ PERSONEL HAREKETLİLİĞİ İLANI (2022, 2023 KA131)” başlığı ile yayınlanan giden yönlü 2022, 2023 KA131 (AB Üye Ülkeleri ile Programla İlişkili Ülkeler) Personel Ders Verme ve Eğitim Alma Hareketliliği ilanına yapılan başvuruların yedek yerleştirme sonuçlarını değerlendirmek amacıyla 05.12.2022 tarih ve 236837 sayılı yazı ile Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Rektörlüğü tarafından atanan üyelerin üçünden oluşan Erasmus+ Seçim Komisyonu Uluslararası İlişkiler Ofisi Başkanı Prof. Dr. Ali AKSU başkanlığında 30.12.2024 tarihinde saat 10.00’da toplanmış ve ekli listede yer alan Giden Yönlü Personel Hareketliliği Yedek Yerleştirme Sonuçlarının uygun olduğuna karar vermiştir.

- Participants must submit a declaration of participation stating that they will undertake the mobility programs they have been awarded under Erasmus+, or a waiver letter indicating their desire to withdraw from these programs. These documents must be submitted within 5 days of the announcement of the results. Candidates who fail to submit their documents within the specified time will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus+ Handbook for Higher Education Institutions published by the Presidency of the European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), the Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Directive, and the Erasmus Program Directive.

In accordance with the European Commission's "Paperless Erasmus+" decision, physical documents are no longer accepted. Only documents that cannot be prepared digitally will be accepted physically.
