Who finds the Erasmus+ internship placement?
Finding an internship placement is primarily the student's responsibility. Students should research suitable institutions related to their academic field and manage the application process themselves; any different support mechanisms specific to the announcement or project will be announced separately.
Can I change the institution where I'm doing my internship?
Except in cases of force majeure, it is not possible to change the institution/organization/company where the internship mobility is carried out.
Is an inter-institutional Erasmus+ agreement required for internship mobility?
In traineeship mobility, unlike study mobility, an inter-institutional higher education agreement is not always required. However, the institution where the traineeship will take place must be a suitable organization according to Erasmus+ rules, and the activity must be related to the student's academic field. Some institutions may require an inter-institutional agreement, even if it is not mandatory.
What documents are required at the end of the internship mobility program?
At the end of the mobility period, the Learning Agreement for Traineeships' After Mobility section or equivalent document, attendance/date certificate, and other closing documents requested during the process may be required to show that the internship took place and its results.
