Can my internship agency pay me additional compensation?
Yes. The host institution may provide financial or in-kind support independently of the Erasmus+ grant, within its own rules. The student should clearly clarify the terms of acceptance and the contract with the host institution.
What is internship mobility?
Erasmus+ internship mobility allows students to complete an internship abroad at a suitable company, research institute, laboratory, institution, or organization related to their academic field of study. This mobility can be undertaken even if the student's program does not include a mandatory or voluntary internship requirement.
What should I do if my responsibilities change during my internship?
If the internship tasks or learning objectives change significantly, this should be discussed with the host institution and the relevant academic coordinator. Necessary changes should be updated promptly on the Learning Agreement for Traineeships.
Who finds the Erasmus+ internship placement?
Finding an internship placement is primarily the student's responsibility. Students should research suitable institutions related to their academic field and manage the application process themselves; any different support mechanisms specific to the announcement or project will be announced separately.
Can I change the institution where I'm doing my internship?
Except in cases of force majeure, it is not possible to change the institution/organization/company where the internship mobility is carried out.
