What should the department coordinator check in the Learning Agreement (LA – OLA)?
The coordinator should check the academic compatibility of the selected courses with the student's program, the credit load, the recognition plan, and the academic justification for any changes made during the mobility period.
Does the Unit/Department Coordinator handle the student nomination process themselves?
The nomination process may vary depending on the project and institutional workflow. The formal nomination of a student to the partner institution must be carried out within the institutional process determined by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator; independent nominations via personal email should not be processed. All nomination processes are handled centrally by the Coordinator.
What is a Letter of Acceptance (LoA)?
The acceptance letter is a document indicating that the host institution has accepted the student for the mobility program. The format and method of issuing the document may vary depending on the host institution. The host institution reserves the right to withdraw the acceptance and cancel the mobility program before it begins, after sending the acceptance letter to the candidate. In this case, the candidate cannot claim any rights from our Coordination Office.
What is a Certificate of Attendance (Confirmation of Stay)?
The certificate of participation is a document confirming the student's mobility start and end dates. The name and format of the document may vary depending on the host institution or the specific project.

The Learning Agreement is the fundamental Erasmus+ document outlining the courses a student will take during their mobility period and the plan for the academic recognition of these courses. Courses should be planned in consultation with the relevant academic coordinator and approved by all parties involved.
