What should the department coordinator check in the Learning Agreement (LA – OLA)?
The coordinator should check the academic compatibility of the selected courses with the student's program, the credit load, the recognition plan, and the academic justification for any changes made during the mobility period.
Does the Unit/Department Coordinator handle the student nomination process themselves?
The nomination process may vary depending on the project and institutional workflow. The formal nomination of a student to the partner institution must be carried out within the institutional process determined by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator; independent nominations via personal email should not be processed. All nomination processes are handled centrally by the Coordinator.
Can I prepare the Learning Agreement on my own?
Students can research course options; however, for academic suitability and recognition, the Learning Agreement must be prepared in collaboration with the relevant department/academic Erasmus+ coordinator. The document is not considered final until all necessary approvals are obtained.

What are the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) and Erasmus+ Without Paper (EWP)?
OLA, Online Learning Agreement’ın kısaltmasıdır. EWP ise Erasmus Without Paper altyapısı üzerinden yükseköğretim kurumlarının Erasmus+ süreçlerini dijital olarak yürütmesine yardımcı olan sistemler bütünüdür. Kullanılacak yöntem karşı kurumun ve Üniversitenin sistem entegrasyonuna göre değişebilir.
