What should the department coordinator check in the Learning Agreement (LA – OLA)?
The coordinator should check the academic compatibility of the selected courses with the student's program, the credit load, the recognition plan, and the academic justification for any changes made during the mobility period.
Does the Unit/Department Coordinator handle the student nomination process themselves?
The nomination process may vary depending on the project and institutional workflow. The formal nomination of a student to the partner institution must be carried out within the institutional process determined by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator; independent nominations via personal email should not be processed. All nomination processes are handled centrally by the Coordinator.

Öğrenim hareketliliğinde kaç AKTS ders almalıyım?
Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Ön Lisans ve Lisans Eğitim-Öğretim ve Sınav Yönetmeliği md. 25/1 gereği uzun dönem öğrenim hareketliliğinde bir dönem 30 AKTS ders yükünden az olamaz. Yükseköğretim Kurulu Bologna Uyum Çerçevesi, ECHE uyum kuralları ve Erasmus+ Kurum Koordinatörlüğü iç mevzuatı gereği bir dönem tam olarak 30 AKTS’den oluşmalıdır. Gönderen (home) ve kabul eden (host) yükseköğretim kurumlarından alınacak ve tanınma işlemi yapılacak derslerin her bir üniversite için 30 AKTS olması gerekmektedir. Derslerin akademik uygunluğu ve tanınma biçimi Learning Agreement üzerinde hareketlilik öncesinde belirlenmelidir.

Learning mobility is when a student completes part of their studies at a higher education institution abroad that has an Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement with Sivas Cumhuriyet University.
