Student Learning Mobility Application Process: Required Steps

The coordinator should check the academic compatibility of the selected courses with the student's program, the credit load, the recognition plan, and the academic justification for any changes made during the mobility period.

The nomination process may vary depending on the project and institutional workflow. The formal nomination of a student to the partner institution must be carried out within the institutional process determined by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator; independent nominations via personal email should not be processed. All nomination processes are handled centrally by the Coordinator.

No. Being accepted to our university does not negate the application and admission process of the other university. The other institution will review the necessary documents and complete the admission process separately. The other institution reserves the right to reject the student without giving any reason. In this case, the candidate cannot claim any rights from our Coordination Office.

If an early return is necessary due to a compelling or justifiable reason, the situation must be reported to the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator without delay. The duration of the activity, grant, and academic processes will be re-evaluated according to the relevant rules. Long-term student mobility must be a minimum of 60 days, and short-term student mobility a minimum of 5 days. If the mobility period falls below these limits, and unless there is a force majeure event, the mobility will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. The acceptance of force majeure is at the discretion of the Coordinator.

Yes, if the total mobility period and the conditions of the announcement are met at the relevant educational level, a re-application can be made. Previously completed or qualified mobility experiences will result in a reduction in the evaluation score.
