EVALUATION RESULTS
04.12.2023 tarihli Erasmus+ Öğrenci Hareketliliği (2023, 2024 KA131) ilanının Öğrenci Staj Hareketliliği 3. yedek yerleştirme sonuçlarına Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı TUNAPortal üzerinden erişebilirsiniz.

Hak kazanan adayların 19.02.2025 16.30’a kadar katılım beyanı veya feragat dilekçesini çevrim içi olarak doldurup TURNAPortal sistemine yüklemesi gerekmektedir. Belirtilen süre içerisinde ilgili formlardan birini doldurmayan ve TURNAPortal sistemine yüklemeyen adaylar haklarını kaybederler ve ilgili mevzuat uyarınca yaptırım uygulanır.

ÖNEMLİ HUSUSLAR
In accordance with the letter dated 22.02.2022 and numbered 12994 from the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education and the letter dated 06.10.2023 and numbered 81749 from the Presidency of the European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), it has been stipulated that the processes related to Erasmus+ Higher Education Student and Staff Mobility must be carried out through TURNAPortal (https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/). Therefore, it is mandatory to upload all documents requested before, during, and after the mobility (declaration of participation, waiver letter, acceptance letter/invitation letter, identity card, passport, learning agreement, certificate of participation, etc.) to the Portal.
Uploading all documents to the TURNAPortal system is mandatory. Participants who fail to upload their participation declaration to TURNAPortal by the specified date will lose their rights. Candidates who fail to upload their participation declaration/waiver form to TURNAPortal by the specified dates will be subject to sanctions in accordance with relevant legislation.
Bu yedek yerleştirme işlemi 2023 KA131 projesinin bütçe açığı nedeniyle gerçekleştirilmiş olup hareketliliklerin 15.07.2025 tarihine kadar tamamlanması gerekmektedir. 15.07.2025 tarihine kadar tamamlanamayacak hareketlilikler ilgili projeye eklenemeyeceğinden geçersiz sayılacaktır.
A student can participate in mobility for a maximum of 12 months at a single academic level. Students who have previously participated in mobility must have at least 60 days of available time remaining. Students with less than 60 days remaining cannot participate in mobility.
Mezun olan öğrencilerin mezuniyet tarihi itibariyle bir yıl içerisinde hareketlilik gerçekleştirebilir. Bu durumda hareketliliğin tamamlanması gereken en geç tarih aşılamaz.
All candidates participating in the mobility program are required to open a UETS e-notification account and upload their UETS document to TURNAPortal before the mobility program. Participants who do not open a UETS account and upload the document to the system will not receive payment.

04.12.2023 tarihinde “Erasmus+ Öğrenci Hareketliliği İlanı (2023, 2024 KA131)” başlığı ile yayınlanan 2023, 2024 KA131 Öğrenci Öğrenim ve Staj Hareketliliği (AB Üye Ülkeler ve Programla İlişkili Ülkeler) ilanına yapılan başvuruların 3. yedek yerleştirme sonuçlarını değerlendirmek amacıyla 07.02.2025 tarih ve 526183 sayılı yazı ile Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Rektörlüğü tarafından atanan üyelerin üçünden oluşan Erasmus+ Seçim Komisyonu Erasmus+ Kurum Koordinatörü Prof. Dr. Süleyman DEĞİRMEN başkanlığında 10.02.2025 tarihinde saat 10.00’da toplanmış ve ekli listede yer alan Öğrenci Staj Hareketliliği Yedek Yerleştirme Sonuçlarının uygun olduğuna karar vermiştir.
In accordance with the letter dated 05.12.2022 and numbered 236837, the terms of office of the members appointed by the Rectorate of Sivas Cumhuriyet University have expired, and new members have replaced the previously appointed members of the election committee as per the aforementioned letter.
During the evaluation and final decision-making process for these applications, there were no personal relationships between any of the applicants and the members of the Election Commission that could affect their impartiality. The decision was made in accordance with the principles of transparency.

- Participants must submit a declaration of participation stating that they will undertake the mobility programs they have been awarded under Erasmus+, or a waiver letter indicating their desire to withdraw from these programs. These documents must be submitted by the date and time specified on the results announcement page. Candidates who fail to submit their documents within the deadline will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus+ Handbook for Higher Education Institutions published by the Presidency of the European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), the Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Directive, and the Erasmus Program Directive.
