We are writing to cordially invite you to the upcoming Staff Week Languages for International and Academic Communication held between September 16th and 20th at the University of Gdańsk, Poland.
The Staff Week is meant for all educational professionals: teachers, lecturers, academics, and administrative staff, who wish to improve their language skills for effective international communication.
Come and join us for a unique and exciting week full of opportunities to experience immersion in international and academic communication! During the five days of the event, you will be able to join one of our 20-hour, intensive language courses in English, Spanish, French, German or Polish, which will help you develop a variety of communicative skills vital for both, personal and professional growth.
On a lighter note, you can opt for a course on French songs, Spanish and Mexican culture, or German cinema, music, and sport – all in one! On top of that, we offer a lot of sightseeing of the Tricity area (Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia) including the modern University of Gdańsk campus, Sopot resort with the longest wooden pier in Europe, and spectacular historical Gdańsk, the city of the Solidarity movement and freedom.
If you have never tried the traditional Polish cuisine, you will be treated to our famous pierogi, bigos or żurek, with vegan options also possible!
