Petitions and Information Requests
Requests regarding Erasmus+ processes must first be submitted through the Erasmus+ Support System. Appeals or formal applications regarding the response given through the support system can be made via written petition.
Pre-Application Information
First, make sure you submit your request in writing through the Erasmus+ Support System. You can write a letter of appeal against the response you receive from the support system.
How to Apply?
To ensure that requests are recorded and properly tracked, the following procedure should be followed.
Create a Request Through the Support System
Please submit your request regarding your Erasmus+ program in writing first, through the Erasmus+ Support System.
Wait for a response.
Please review the response provided through the support system. Action will be taken based on that response if deemed necessary.
Submit an Appeal or Petition
If you wish to appeal a support system response, you can use the general purpose petition form.
Legal Deadlines for Applications
Petitions and requests for information are evaluated within the procedures and timeframes specified in the relevant laws.
Law on the Exercise of the Right to Petition
Article 7: Turkish citizens and foreign residents in Türkiye will receive a reasoned response within a maximum of thirty days to their applications to the competent authorities regarding their requests and complaints concerning themselves and the public, or regarding the progress of the ongoing process. If the progress of the process is announced, the result will be notified separately.
According to the relevant article, applications are answered within 30 days. Individuals who wish to appeal the response received through the Erasmus+ Support System can submit their request through the support system and then write a general purpose appeal letter.
Right to Information Act
Applications made under the Law No. 4982 on the Right to Information relate to requests for access to information or documents held in the records of institutions and organizations.
Access to information or documents requested under the law is generally provided within 15 business days of application. However, this period may be extended to 30 business days if the requested information or document needs to be obtained from another unit, if the opinion of another institution is required, or if the application concerns more than one institution or organization.
In requests for information, the requested information or document must be stated clearly, concretely, and understandably. If the application relates to Erasmus+ processes, it should first be submitted through the Erasmus+ Support System.
Submit your request.
For initial applications related to Erasmus+ processes, please use the support system; for appeals against the support system response or official petitions, please use the general purpose petition form.
