Students who applied to the Erasmus+ Student Mobility Announcement dated 29.12.2025 and who declared that they will take the Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam and whose names are on the list of eligible candidates can obtain their exam admission document by clicking the button below.
- Only students who have declared their intention to take the exam and have chosen a foreign language will be admitted. Exam admission documents have not been generated for students who have not declared their intention to take the exam.
- Each student can only take the exam in one foreign language.
- Those who declare they will take the exam but do not attend will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the relevant legislation.
- Candidates who pass the written exam and meet the minimum score requirement will be admitted to the oral exam. Candidates who do not meet the minimum score requirement will not be admitted to the oral exam. Information regarding the oral exam will be announced after the written exam has been conducted.

POINTS TO CONSIDER
- To be admitted to the exam, you must bring your Exam Admission Document (this document) and one of the identification documents listed below. No other documents will be accepted for admission to the exam. Candidates who do not have their Exam Admission Document and one of the valid identification documents listed below in their entirety will absolutely not be admitted to the exam, regardless of the reason or excuse. You must have all your documents with you on the day of the exam.
- The following are valid identification documents (originals required) for admission to the exam:
- Photo ID Card of the Republic of Türkiye,
- Turkish Republic Identity Card with photo,
- passport with photo and valid expiration date,
- Temporary Identity Document with Photo (a document obtained from the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs of the Ministry of Interior, valid until the new identity card is received, and bearing a photo, signature and seal, or barcode/QR code).
- The following are valid identification documents (originals required) for admission to the exam:
- Candidates and exam supervisors will be searched manually and/or with metal detectors by security personnel upon entering the buildings where the exam is held. Bags, wallets, mobile phones, watches of all types, wireless communication devices such as Bluetooth, headphones, all types of electronic or mechanical devices, pagers, walkie-talkies, cameras, etc., all types of plastic and glass items including sunglasses (except clear/prescription glasses), pocket computers, electronic devices with dictionary functions, calculators, and all other devices with computer features, all types of sharp or cutting tools, firearms and similar equipment, all types of scrap paper, notebooks, books, lecture notes, dictionaries, magazines, newspapers, etc., compasses, protractors, rulers, calculators, etc., beverages other than water in a transparent plastic bottle with the label removed, food, etc., and medicines in boxes or bottles are strictly prohibited. However, provided they are carefully checked manually and/or with a detector by security personnel at the entrance of the examination building, candidates will be able to take the exam in the building and hall specified in their Examination Admission Document, bringing with them medications (in individual units), bandages, crutches, splints, walkers, canes, neck braces, corsets, seating cushions, casts, bandages, knee braces, eye drops, asthma medication/pump/spray that are not listed in their Examination Admission Document.
- You must bring a dark-writing black pencil and a non-marking eraser for marking and writing on the exam. Pencils, erasers, etc. will not be provided by the exam proctor.
- To allow time for identity checks, body searches, and seating arrangements, you must be at the examination building at least 30 minutes before the exam begins. The doors of the examination buildings will close at 10:00 AM, and no candidate will be admitted to the building after this time for any reason whatsoever.
- The exam duration is 180 minutes. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam room after it has started, for any reason whatsoever. Leaving the exam room during the first 30 minutes is prohibited.
- If you do not take the exam in the room and seat number specified on your Exam Admission Document, your exam will be considered invalid.
- After completing your exam, please return your answer sheet and question booklet (with all pages intact) to the invigilators. Exams of candidates who do not return their answer sheets and question booklets completely to the invigilators will be considered invalid.
