Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Erasmus+ Personel Hareketliliği başvuruları başlamıştır. Başvurular 15.12.2025 09.00 – 29.12.2025 16.00 arası T.C. Dışişleri Bakanlığı Avrupa Birliği Başkanlığı Avrupa Birliği Eğitim ve Gençlik Programları Merkezi Başkanlığı (ABEGPM – Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı) tarafından işletilen TURNAPortal sistemi üzerinden alınacaktır.
In Erasmus+ applications, the foreign language proficiency test result uploaded to the TURNAPortal system by the participant within the application period, or the result of the Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam taken by the International Relations Office, must comply with the language requirements specified in the Erasmus+ Inter-institutional Agreements signed between Sivas Cumhuriyet University and the institution where the mobility will take place for Student Learning and Staff Teaching Mobility, and the official language(s) of the relevant country. For Student Traineeship and Staff Training Mobility, the language declared during the application process must be one of the official languages of the country where the mobility will take place. If the language declared during the application process for Student Traineeship and Staff Training Mobility is not one of the official languages of the country where the mobility will take place, the participant cannot undertake the mobility to that country. In this case, the application for Student Learning and Staff Teaching Mobility will be considered invalid, and the invitation/acceptance letter submitted by the candidate for Student Traineeship and Staff Training Mobility must comply with the conditions mentioned above.
Erasmus+ Personel Ders Verme Hareketliliğine yapılacak başvurularda 2547 sayılı kanun hükümleri uyarınca; Araştırma Görevlisi veya Öğretim Görevlisi (Uygulamalı Birim) kadrosunda görev yapan ve Doktor unvanına sahip öğretim elemanlarının, Üniversite Yönetim Kurulu Kararı ve Rektörlük Oluru ile görevlendirilmiş olmak kaydıyla, başvuru süresi içerisinde yer alan ilgili akademik dönemde fiilen ders vermiş olmaları gerekmektedir (Üniversite Yönetim Kurulu Kararı, Rektörlük Oluru ve Dekanlıktan ilan başvuru süresi içerisinde bulunan Akademik Dönemde ders verdiğine dair resmi yazının tek PDF olarak yüklenmesi zorunludur).
Sistem üzerinden başvuru yaparken “Belge Yükleme” adlı sekmede yer alan alanlara herhangi bir belge yüklenmesi zorunlu değildir.
