EVALUATION RESULTS
13.02.2023 tarihli Erasmus+ Öğrenci Hareketliliği (2022 KA171 – Uluslararası Kredi Hareketliliği / Programla İlişkili Olmayan Üçüncü Ülkeler) ilanının değerlendirme sonuçları açıklanmıştır.
Hak kazanan adayların 29.03.2023 saat 17.00’ye kadar katılım beyanı veya feragat dilekçesini çevrim içi olarak teslim etmesi gerekmektedir. Belirtilen süre içerisinde ilgili formlardan birini doldurmayan adaylar haklarını kaybederler.

Erasmus+ Selection Committee Decision
13.02.2023 tarihinde “ERASMUS+ ÖĞRENCİ HAREKETLİLİĞİ İLANI (2022 KA171)” başlığı ile yayınlanan 2022 KA171 Öğrenci Öğrenim ve Staj (Programla İlişkili olmayan Üçüncü Ülkeler) Hareketliliği ilanına yapılan başvuruları değerlendirmek amacıyla 05.12.2022 tarih ve 236837 sayılı yazı ile Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Rektörlüğü tarafından atanan üyelerin üçünden oluşan Erasmus+ Seçim Komisyonu Uluslararası İlişkiler Ofisi Başkanı Prof. Dr. Ali AKSU başkanlığında 23.03.2023 tarihinde saat 14.00’te toplanmış ve ekli listede yer alan Öğrenci Hareketliliği Değerlendirme Sonuçlarının uygun olduğuna karar vermiştir.

WORKFLOW
Things to do before you go
- If the mobility will take place within the period specified in the Important Dates section, the participation declaration form must be completed; if it will not take place, the waiver form must be completed.,
- The acceptance letter/invitation letter must be submitted by the specified date (The document must include the name and surname of the successful candidate, the date range of the mobility, the type of mobility (teaching or training), and the signature and seal/stamp of the institution's authorized representative).,
- Öğrenim/Staj Anlaşmasının (Learning Agreement for Studies/Traineeship) doldurulup imzalandıktan sonra ilgili personele teslim edilmesi,
- Current Account from Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası TAO Cumhuriyet University Branch EURO Opening of (€) account and IBAN informing the relevant personnel,
- A grant agreement needs to be signed.
Things to do after returning
- A signed and stamped/sealed Certificate of Participation received from the partner institution,
- If the participant received a travel grant, the travel tickets,
- Passport entry and exit records,
- The participant is required to submit the relevant bank receipt confirming receipt of the payment (this can be done prior to the trip).
Optionally, you can share visuals of the teaching or learning activities you conducted during your mobility period with our Coordination Office. The visuals you share will be used to publish them on our social media accounts and website.
IMPORTANT DATES
- Evaluation Results Coordination Office's website (https://erasmus.cumhuriyet.edu.tr(will be announced via ).
- Candidates may appeal the evaluation results within 7 days of the announcement of the results. Appeals will be accepted online only. Appeals will not be accepted in person. Details regarding the submission of appeals will be announced later.
- Participants must submit a declaration of participation stating that they will undertake the mobility programs they have been awarded under Erasmus+, or a waiver letter indicating their desire to withdraw from these programs. These documents must be submitted within 7 days of the announcement of the results. Candidates who fail to submit their documents within the specified time will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus+ Handbook for Higher Education Institutions published by the Presidency of the European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), the Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Directive, and the Erasmus Program Directive.
- If the invitation letter is not delivered by the specified date, the candidate will lose their right and the alternates will be given the opportunity. Click here for a sample invitation letter..
- It is mandatory to have returned to Türkiye and submitted all documents by this date.

In accordance with the European Commission's "Paperless Erasmus+" decision, physical documents are no longer accepted. Only documents that cannot be prepared digitally will be accepted physically.
