Intercultural Competence and Corporate Communication
The program is designed to enable participants working in international relations offices or related departments of universities in Europe to effectively manage cultural diversity.
“The ”Intercultural Awareness and Communication in Workplace” training aims to improve the intercultural competence of staff working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, enable them to use effective communication methods in multicultural work environments, and strengthen mutual understanding in organizational collaborations.
The program addressed the impact of cultural differences on workplace communication, managing conflicts arising from cultural misunderstandings, inclusive practices in diverse teams, and strategies for recognizing cultural biases.
By integrating theoretical knowledge with practical applications, the program aims to enable participants to directly use the methods they acquire within their own institutions and in international partnership networks.

Sending Institution Nomination
The sending higher education institution officially nominates the selected participants to Sivas Cumhuriyet University.
Nomination Deadline
Nominations for the program were submitted to the coordinating university by April 11, 2025.
