Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Erasmus+ Institutional Coordination Unit has issued the mobility announcement detailed above.
Applications will be accepted through the TURNAPortal system, operated by the Presidency of European Union Education and Youth Programs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), using a Digital Turkey (e-Government) password, between the dates specified under the heading IMPORTANT DATES, via the address https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr.
The system user manual prepared by the Turkish National Agency is included as an annex to the relevant announcement. Applications that do not comply with the announcement text will be considered invalid. The system user manual is for informational purposes only and has no official validity. In case of any discrepancy between the announcement text and the system user manual or the statements made on the system screens, the PDF version of the announcement text shall prevail.

This announcement is not part of the long-term Erasmus+ Student Mobility program. Since blended intensive programs have specific rules and conditions, the announcement text must be carefully reviewed.
In order to ensure the smooth running of the selection schedule and nomination process for the Mixed Intensive Program Coordinator Higher Education Institutions, the application period has been limited by the approval of the Legal Representative, following an urgent request from the Higher Education Institutions.
This type of mobility requires the candidate to complete the course recognition process for at least 3 ECTS credits. Candidates who are in the graduation phase or who cannot complete the course recognition process are not eligible for this activity.
Foreign students receiving the Turkey Scholarships (YTB Scholarship) from the Presidency of Turks Abroad and Related Communities must submit the YTB scholarship recipient declaration form, which can be found on the Student -> Documents page of our website, during the application process. Applications from students who do not submit this form will be considered invalid.

Our office will not administer the Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam as part of this announcement. Students applying for this type of mobility may upload the results of the exams specified as valid in the announcement text (YDS, YÖKDİL, etc.).
For this specific announcement, the 2026 Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam results can be used. The relevant results are available here. https://scu.erasmus.tr/exam/result_cert.php This score can be accessed at [address]. If you wish to use this score, the overall score, which is the average of the written and oral exams, must be entered into the system, and the PDF document downloaded from the system must be uploaded to TURNAPortal. Failure to perform this process, or performing it incompletely/incorrectly, will render this score invalid, and the application will be rejected unless another valid foreign language score is declared.

In Erasmus+ applications, the foreign language proficiency test result uploaded to the TURNAPortal system by the participant within the application period, or the result of the Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam taken by the International Relations Office, must comply with the language requirements specified in the Erasmus+ Inter-institutional Agreements signed between Sivas Cumhuriyet University and the institution where the mobility will take place for Student Learning and Staff Teaching Mobility, and the official language(s) of the relevant country. For Student Traineeship and Staff Training Mobility, the language declared during the application process must be one of the official languages of the country where the mobility will take place. If the language declared during the application process for Student Traineeship and Staff Training Mobility is not one of the official languages of the country where the mobility will take place, the participant cannot undertake the mobility to that country. In this case, the application for Student Learning and Staff Teaching Mobility will be considered invalid, and the invitation/acceptance letter submitted by the candidate for Student Traineeship and Staff Training Mobility must comply with the conditions mentioned above.

- Applicants wishing to participate in a mobility program at Bayreuth University in Germany must possess a TOEFL certificate. For detailed information, please consult the institution's website.
- If you wish to undertake mobility programs in institutions in other countries, your foreign language must be English.
Applications from students who do not meet the above-mentioned requirements will be considered invalid.
- The GPA shown in the transcript documents uploaded to the system must match the declared GPA. Candidates are responsible for outdated transcripts, transcripts that contradict the terms stated in the announcement, and any discrepancies in GPA. If updating the YÖKSİS data is necessary, the candidate should contact the relevant department. Since the GPA data transferred from YÖKSİS to TURNAPortal is used as the basis, the uploaded transcript documents must be consistent with this data. If the YÖKSİS data is not up-to-date in TURNAPortal, it can be updated through the profile page. Documents that contradict this requirement will not be accepted.
- The foreign language score shown on the documents uploaded to the system must match the declared foreign language score. The applicant is responsible for any outdated documents, documents that contradict the terms stated in the announcement, or discrepancies in the score data. Documents that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

All forms must be completed electronically via our website. In accordance with the European Commission's "Paperless Erasmus+" decision, physical documents will not be accepted. Only documents that cannot be prepared digitally will be accepted physically.
