Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Uluslararası İlişkiler Ofisi Erasmus+ Kurum Koordinatörlüğü Erasmus+ KA131 (AB Üye Ülkeleri ve Programla İlişkili Üçüncü Ülkeler) Kısa Dönem Öğrenci Karma Staj Hareketliliği ilanına çıkmış bulunmaktadır.
Applications will be accepted through the TURNAPortal system, operated by the Presidency of European Union Education and Youth Programs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), using a Digital Turkey (e-Government) password, between the dates specified under the heading IMPORTANT DATES, via the address https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr.
The system user manual prepared by the Turkish National Agency is included as an annex to the relevant announcement. Applications that do not comply with the announcement text will be considered invalid. The system user manual is for informational purposes only and has no official validity. In case of any discrepancy between the announcement text and the system user manual or the statements made on the system screens, the PDF version of the announcement text shall prevail.

Foreign students receiving the Turkey Scholarships (YTB Scholarship) from the Presidency of Turks Abroad and Related Communities must submit the YTB scholarship recipient declaration form, which can be found on the Student -> Documents page of our website, during the application process. Applications from students who do not submit this form will be considered invalid.

Bu ilan kapsamında Ofisimiz tarafından Erasmus+ Yabancı Dil Sınavı uygulanmayacaktır. Bu hareketlilik türüne başvuracak öğrenciler ilan metninde geçerli olarak belirtilen sınavların (YDS, YÖKDİL, KPDS, ÜDS, TIPDİL, vd.) sonuç belgelerini veya ilgili programda okutulan ve ilanda belirtilen yabancı dil derslerinin yer aldığı transkript belgesini yükleyebilirler.
For this specific announcement, the 2026 Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam results can be used. The relevant results are available here. https://scu.erasmus.tr/exam/result_cert.php This score can be accessed at [address]. If you wish to use this score, the overall score, which is the average of the written and oral exams, must be entered into the system, and the PDF document downloaded from the system must be uploaded to TURNAPortal. Failure to perform this process, or performing it incompletely/incorrectly, will render this score invalid, and the application will be rejected unless another valid foreign language score is declared.

İlanda belirtilen programlarda öğrenim gören öğrencilerin ilgili programda okutulan ilanda belirtilen derslerin ortalamaları sonucu oluşacak puan Erasmus+ Yabancı Dil Puanı olarak kullanılabilir. Bu puanı kullanmak isteyen adayların her iki dersi de başarılı bir şekilde geçmiş ve ilgili derslerin harf notlarının oluşmuş olması gerekmektedir. https://scu.erasmus.tr/grade_calc.php adresindeki hesaplama aracına her iki dersin harf notunun girilmesi sonrası oluşacak 100’lük sistemdeki puanın TURNAPortal’e girilmesi gerekmektedir. TURNAPortale yabancı dil puanını eklerken sınav türü olarak “Diğer Dil Sınavları”, sınav tarihi olarak “10.06.2026” olarak girilmesi gerekmektedir. Belge olarak her iki dersten geçer not alınan ve haf notu mevcut olan Transkript belgesi yüklenmelidir. Transkript belgesinin taşıması gereken özellikler “Başvuru Belgeleri” başlığı altında belirtilmiştir. Bu özellikleri taşımayan belgeler reddedilir ve başvuru geçersiz sayılır.

The following are valid foreign language exams and other options that can substitute for the Erasmus+ Foreign Language Score:
- 2026 Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Exchange Programs Foreign Language Exam (Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam)
- Foreign Language Exams conducted by ÖSYM (YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL, e-YÖKDİL, KPDS, ÜDS) and international foreign language exams considered equivalent to these exams as stated in the ÖSYM International Foreign Language Exam Equivalency Document.
- Yukarıda belirtilen merkezi sınavlardan herhangi bir puanı bulunmayan aşağıda belirtilen programlarda öğrenim gören adaylar ilgili programın 1 ve 2. yarıyıllarında verilen aşağıda belirtilen derslerin ortalamasını yabancı dil puanı olarak kullanabilirler.

İngilizce Dil Bilgisi – I ve İngilizce Dil Bilgisi – II Derslerinin Erasmus+ Yabancı Dil Puanı Olarak Kullanılması
Dijital Türkiye Portali (e-Devlet) veya Birim Öğrenci İşlerinden ıslak imzalı ve mühürlü transkriptinizi alıp 1. Sınıf Güz dersleri altında “İngilizce Dil Bilgisi – I” ve 1. Sınıf Bahar Dersleri altında “İngilizce Dil Bilgisi – II” derslerinin mevcut olduğuna ve Sonuç kısmında Geçti yazdığından emin olunuz. Her iki dersin de geçer notlu (AA, BA, BB, CB, CC, DC veya DD) olması gerekmektedir. İki dersten birinin sonucu kaldı olarak görünüyorsa bu yöntem Erasmus+ Yabancı Dil Puanı olarak kullanılamaz. Bu durumda Yabancı Dil Puanı başlığı altındaki 1. maddede belirtilen sınavlar sonuçlarından biri Yabancı Dil Puanı olarak kullanılmalıdır.
TURNAPortalde Bu Yöntem ile Yabancı Dil Puanı Ekleme Aşamaları
Yüklenen Transkript belgelerinin ilan metnindeki Başvuru Belgeleri başlığı altında belirtilen özelliklere sahip olması gerekmektedir. Bu özelliklere sahip olmayan belgeler kabul edilmeyecek ve başvuru geçersiz sayılacaktır.
TURNAPortal üzerinden başvuru yaparken Yabancı Dil Bilgileri sekmesinde aşağıdaki işlemler yapılmalıdır:
- Sistemde Yabancı Dil açılır menüsünden English seçilmelidir.
- Yabancı Dil Sınavı açılır menüsünden Diğer Dil Sınavları seçilmelidir
- Transkript belgesinin veriliş tarihi Sınav Giriş Tarihi olarak TURNAPortale girilmelidir.
- Transkript belgesinde ilgili derslerin geçer notlu olduğundan emin olunmalıdır.
- Puan Hesaplama Aracına ilgili derslere ait harf notları girilmeli ve iki dersin ortalamasının 100’lük sistemdeki karşılığı TURNAPortale puan olarak girilmelidir.
- Yabancı Dili Ekleyin butonuna tıklayarak yabancı dil bilgileri sisteme eklenmeli ve Yükle butonundan Transkript belgesi sisteme yüklenmelidir.

Aday ilgili derslerden aşağıdaki harf notlarını almış ve transkript belgesinin veriliş tarihi 30.07.2025 ise:
