Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Erasmus+ Institutional Coordination Unit has announced the Erasmus+ KA131 (EU Member States and Third Countries Associated with the Programme) Student Learning Mobility Blended Intensive Programme (BIP).
Applications will be accepted through the TURNAPortal system, operated by the Presidency of European Union Education and Youth Programs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), using a Digital Turkey (e-Government) password, between the dates specified under the heading IMPORTANT DATES, via the address https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr.
The system user manual prepared by the Turkish National Agency is included as an annex to the relevant announcement. Applications that do not comply with the announcement text will be considered invalid. The system user manual is for informational purposes only and has no official validity. In case of any discrepancy between the announcement text and the system user manual or the statements made on the system screens, the PDF version of the announcement text shall prevail.
Applications will be accepted between 09:00 on 12/06/2026 and 16:00 on 13/06/2026.

This announcement is not part of the long-term Erasmus+ Student Mobility program. Since blended intensive programs have specific rules and conditions, the announcement text must be carefully reviewed.
In order to ensure the smooth running of the selection schedule and nomination process for the Mixed Intensive Program Coordinator Higher Education Institutions, the application period has been limited by the approval of the Legal Representative, following an urgent request from the Higher Education Institutions.
This type of mobility requires the candidate to complete the course recognition process for at least 3 ECTS credits. Candidates who are in the graduation phase or who cannot complete the course recognition process are not eligible for this activity.
Foreign students receiving the Turkey Scholarships (YTB Scholarship) from the Presidency of Turks Abroad and Related Communities must submit the YTB scholarship recipient declaration form, which can be found on the Student -> Documents page of our website, during the application process. Applications from students who do not submit this form will be considered invalid.
Foreign Language Score
Our office will not administer the Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam under this announcement. Students applying for this type of mobility may upload their results from the exams specified in the announcement (YDS, YÖKDİL, KPDS, ÜDS, TIPDİL, etc.) or their transcripts showing the foreign language courses taught in the relevant program and specified in the announcement.
For this specific announcement, the 2026 Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam results can be used. The relevant results are available here. https://scu.erasmus.tr/exam/result_cert.php This score can be accessed at [address]. If you wish to use this score, the overall score, which is the average of the written and oral exams, must be entered into the system, and the PDF document downloaded from the system must be uploaded to TURNAPortal. Failure to perform this process, or performing it incompletely/incorrectly, will render this score invalid, and the application will be rejected unless another valid foreign language score is declared.

Students enrolled in the programs specified in the announcement can use their Erasmus+ Foreign Language Score, which is calculated by averaging the grades obtained in the courses listed in the announcement. Candidates wishing to use this score must have successfully passed both courses and received letter grades for those courses. https://scu.erasmus.tr/grade_calc.php After entering the letter grades for both courses into the calculation tool at [address], the resulting 100-point score must be entered into TURNAPortal. When adding the foreign language score to TURNAPortal, the exam type should be entered as "Other Language Exams" and the exam date as "10.06.2026". A transcript showing passing grades for both courses must be uploaded as a document. The required characteristics of the transcript are specified under the "Application Documents" heading. Documents that do not meet these characteristics will be rejected, and the application will be considered invalid.

The following are valid foreign language exams and other options that can substitute for the Erasmus+ Foreign Language Score:
- 2026 Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Exchange Programs Foreign Language Exam (Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam)
- Foreign Language Exams conducted by ÖSYM (YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL, e-YÖKDİL, KPDS, ÜDS) and international foreign language exams considered equivalent to these exams as stated in the ÖSYM International Foreign Language Exam Equivalency Document.
- Candidates enrolled in the programs listed below who do not have a score from any of the central examinations mentioned above may use the average of the grades from the courses listed below, given in the 1st and 2nd semesters of their respective programs, as their foreign language score.

Using English Grammar – I and English Grammar – II Courses as Erasmus+ Foreign Language Score
Obtain your signed and sealed transcript from the Digital Turkey Portal (e-Government) or your Unit Student Affairs Office and ensure that the courses “English Grammar – I” under the 1st Year Fall Courses and “English Grammar – II” under the 1st Year Spring Courses are listed and that the Result section shows "Passed". Both courses must have a passing grade (AA, BA, BB, CB, CC, DC, or DD). If the result for either course appears as "Failed," this method cannot be used for the Erasmus+ Foreign Language Score. In this case, one of the exam results listed in item 1 under the Foreign Language Score heading must be used.
Steps to Add Foreign Language Scores to TURNAPortal Using This Method
The uploaded transcripts must meet the specifications outlined under the "Application Documents" heading in the announcement text. Documents that do not meet these specifications will not be accepted, and the application will be considered invalid.
When applying through TURNAPortal, the following steps must be taken in the Foreign Language Skills section:
- From the Foreign Language drop-down menu in the system English should be chosen.
- From the Foreign Language Exam drop-down menu Other Language Exams should be selected
- Date of issue of the transcript document Exam Entry Date You must enter TURNAPortal.
- The relevant courses in the transcript document passing grade It must be ensured that this is the case.
- Letter grades for the relevant courses should be entered into the Grade Calculator, and the average of the two courses should be calculated. Its equivalent in the base-100 system Score must be entered into the TURNAPortal.
- Add a Foreign Language Foreign language skills must be added to the system by clicking the button, and Upload The transcript document must be uploaded to the system using the button.
