EVALUATION RESULTS
30.12.2024 tarihli Erasmus+ Personel Hareketliliği (2024 KA131 IM) ilanının yerleştirme sonuçlarına Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı Erasmus+ Başvuru Portali üzerinden erişebilirsiniz.

Hak kazanan adayların 14.05.2025 16.30 tarihine kadar katılım beyanı veya feragat dilekçesini çevrim içi olarak doldurup TURNAPortal sistemine yüklemesi gerekmektedir. Belirtilen süre içerisinde ilgili formlardan birini doldurmayan adaylar haklarını kaybederler ve adaya ilgili mevzuat uyarınca yaptırım uygulanır. Hakkını bu nedenden kaybeden adaylar, sonraki Erasmus+ ilanlarına başvurularında puan azaltma işlemi uygulanır.

If those on the reserve list in these evaluation results become eligible for mobility through another announcement within one year following the announcement of the results, those personnel will not be granted the right to participate in that announcement.
Hak kazanan adayların 14.05.2025 16.30 tarihine kadar katılım beyanı veya feragat dilekçesini çevrim içi olarak doldurup TURNAPortal sistemine yüklemesi gerekmektedir. Belirtilen süre içerisinde ilgili formlardan birini doldurmayan adaylar haklarını kaybederler ve adaya ilgili mevzuat uyarınca yaptırım uygulanır. Hakkını bu nedenden kaybeden adaylar, sonraki Erasmus+ ilanlarına başvurularında puan azaltma işlemi uygulanır.
Adayların UETS e-tebligat hesabı açması zorunludur. UETS kayıt belgesinin TURNAPortale yüklenmesi gerekmektedir.
Erasmus+ Selection Committee Decision
30.12.2024 tarihinde 2413 numaralı “SCÜ Erasmus+ Personel Eğitim Alma Hareketliliği İlanı (Uluslararası Hareketlilik) (2024 KA131 IM) (İlan No: 2413)” başlığı ile yayınlanan 2024 KA131 Personel Eğitim Alma (AB Üye Ülkeleri ve Programla İlişkili Olan Üçüncü Ülkeler) Hareketliliği ilanına yapılan başvuruların yedek yerleştirme sonuçlarını değerlendirmek amacıyla 07.02.2025 tarih ve 526183 sayılı yazı ile Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Rektörlüğü tarafından atanan üyelerin üçünden oluşan Erasmus+ Seçim Komisyonu Erasmus+ Kurum Koordinatörü Prof. Dr. Süleyman DEĞİRMEN başkanlığında 11.04.2025 tarihinde saat 16.00’da toplanmış ve ekli listede yer alan Personel Hareketliliği Yerleştirme Sonuçlarının uygun olduğuna karar vermiştir.

- Participants must submit a declaration of participation stating that they will undertake the mobility programs they have been awarded under Erasmus+, or a waiver letter indicating their desire to withdraw from these programs. These documents must be submitted within 5 days of the announcement of the results. Candidates who fail to submit their documents within the specified time will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus+ Handbook for Higher Education Institutions published by the Presidency of the European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), the Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Directive, and the Erasmus Program Directive.
- It is mandatory to have returned to Türkiye and submitted all documents by this date.

In accordance with the European Commission's "Paperless Erasmus+" decision, physical documents are no longer accepted. Only documents that cannot be prepared digitally will be accepted physically.
