The 2024 Contribution Agreement between Turkey and the European Commission has not yet been signed. Therefore, your application for Erasmus+ student mobility, whether you are selected for the program with or without funding, does not constitute a vested right. Whether you will receive funding, and the amount of that funding, will be finalized once the agreement with the European Commission is signed and the subsequent funding allocation process for your university is completed. Your university or the Turkish National Agency cannot be held responsible for any financial or non-financial losses resulting from delays or disruptions in these agreement processes.
2024 yılı projelerinin hareketlilikleri Türkiye ile Avrupa Komisyonu arasında 2024 Yılı Katkı Anlaşmasının imzalanması sonrası başlayacaktır.

Sisteme yüklenen davet yazılarının standarda uymaması (kurum anteti, öğrenciye ait kişisel ve eğitim bilgileri, davet eden kurumun adı, adresi, telefonu, ağ sitesi adresi, e-posta adresi, yetkili kişinin adı, görevi, imza yetkili olup olmadığı, kişisel ve iletişim bilgileri, ıslak imza, kaşe ve mühür veya doğrulanabilir elektronik imza, faaliyete ilişkin ayrıntılı bilgiler ve örnek davet yazısında belirtilen diğer bilgiler) durumunda davet yazısı geçersiz sayılacak, önceliklendirme puanı verilemeyecektir.
For Master's and Doctoral students who do not yet have a weighted grade point average, their previous degree grade point average will be automatically added by the system. Students in this situation must upload their previous degree transcript to the Transcript section (the transcript must state that the applicant has graduated and their graduation grade point average). The requirements for the transcript file are specified in the application documents section.
This does not apply to undergraduate students, as their weighted grade point average will be calculated by the application deadline.
Only English language exam results are accepted for this advertisement.
Kısa Dönem Doktora Staj Hareketliliği için Ofisimiz tarafından Erasmus+ Yabancı Dil Sınavı uygulanmayacaktır. Bu hareketlilik türüne başvuracak Doktora ve DUS öğrencileri ilan metninde geçerli olarak belirtilen sınavların (YDS, YÖKDİL, KPDS, ÜDS, TIPDİL, vd.) sonuç belgelerini yükleyebilirler.
