Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Erasmus+ Institutional Coordination Unit has announced the Erasmus+ KA131 (EU Member States and Related Third Countries) Student Short-Term Doctoral Traineeship Mobility program.
Applications must be submitted via TURNAPortal using your Digital Türkiye (e-Government) password between the dates specified under the heading IMPORTANT DATES. https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr It will be obtained via this address.
The application guide is available as an attachment to the relevant announcement. Applications that do not comply with the announcement text and application guide will be considered invalid.
Applications for Short-Term Doctoral Traineeship Mobility will be accepted between October 7, 2024 and October 21, 2024.
There will be no foreign language exam for the Short-Term Doctoral Traineeship Mobility program. Candidates may upload language certificates that are deemed valid in the announcement text.

The 2025 Contribution Agreement between Turkey and the European Commission has not yet been signed. Therefore, your application for Erasmus+ student mobility, whether you are selected for a mobility program with or without funding, does not constitute a vested right. Whether you will receive funding, and the amount of your funding, will be finalized once the agreement with the European Commission is signed and the subsequent funding allocation process for your university is completed. Your university or the Turkish National Agency cannot be held responsible for any financial or non-financial losses that may arise from delays or disruptions in these agreement processes.
Mobility of projects for 2025 This will begin after the signing of the 2025 Contribution Agreement between Türkiye and the European Commission. Estimated mobility start date: 15.07.2025
The invitation letter uploaded to the system must contain the information specified in the sample invitation letter. Invitation letters uploaded to the system that do not comply with the standard (institution letterhead, student's personal and educational information, name, address, telephone, website address, and email address of the inviting institution, name, title, and authorization of the authorized person, personal and contact information) will be considered invalid., wet signature, stamp and seal or verifiable electronic signature, If the invitation letter lacks detailed information about the activity and other information specified in the sample invitation letter, the invitation letter will be considered invalid and no prioritization points will be awarded.
For Master's and Doctoral students who do not yet have a weighted grade point average, their previous degree grade point average will be automatically added by the system. Students in this situation must upload their previous degree transcript to the Transcript section (the transcript must state that the applicant has graduated and their graduation grade point average). The requirements for the transcript file are specified in the application documents section.
This does not apply to undergraduate students, as their weighted grade point average will be calculated by the application deadline.
Only English language exam results are accepted for this advertisement.
Our office will not administer the Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam for Short-Term Doctoral Traineeship Mobility. Doctoral and DUS students applying for this type of mobility may upload their results from the exams specified as valid in the announcement text (YDS, YÖKDİL, KPDS, ÜDS, TIPDİL, etc.).
Foreign students who receive the Türkiye Scholarships (YTB Scholarship) from the Presidency of Turks Abroad and Related Communities should apply during the application process. After adding their student information to the system, DUS students must send their DUS results certificate and the student certificate obtained from the Faculty of Dentistry Dean's Office to our Coordination Office via email. The approval process will be completed after these two documents are checked. Afterwards, these two documents will be uploaded to the system.
Additional grants and inclusion support must be requested during the application process, and the relevant boxes must be checked.
