2024-2025 Academic Year Erasmus+ Application Announcement Calendar

[1]: Candidates with a valid foreign language proficiency score are not required to take the exam if they declare this during the application process. Candidates with a valid score who wish to take the exam may do so if they declare this during the application process. In this case, the exam with the higher score will be considered. Participation in the foreign language exam is mandatory for those who declare their intention to take it. Those who declare their intention to participate but fail to do so will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus+ Handbook for Higher Education Institutions published by the Presidency of the European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), the Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Directive, and the Erasmus Program Directive. Candidates without a valid foreign language proficiency score and those who do not meet the minimum score requirement will not be eligible to participate in Erasmus+ mobility. Announcements regarding the exam (exam location, time, and admission documents, etc.) will be made on our Coordination Office's website. These announcements serve as official notifications, and no further notifications will be sent to candidates. Candidates must follow the relevant website.

[2]: The evaluation results will be announced on our Coordination Office's website (https://erasmus.cumhuriyet.edu.tr).

[3]: Candidates may appeal the evaluation results within 7 days of the announcement of the results. Appeals will be accepted online only. Appeals will not be accepted in person. Details regarding the submission of appeals will be announced later.

[4]: Participants must submit a declaration of participation stating that they will undertake the mobility programs they have been awarded under Erasmus+, or a waiver letter indicating their desire to withdraw from these programs. These documents must be submitted online within 7 days of the announcement of the results. Candidates who fail to submit their documents within the specified time will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus+ Handbook for Higher Education Institutions published by the Presidency of the European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), the Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Directive, and the Erasmus Program Directive.

[5]: This clause applies to those who are eligible for internship mobility. (If the invitation letter is not submitted by the specified date, the candidate will lose their right.) Click here for a sample invitation letter.

[6]: Mobility cannot take place before this date. This date is the earliest date on which mobility can begin.

[7]: It is mandatory to have returned to Türkiye and submitted all documents by this date.
