| The home university has to nominate the students or staff via e-mail. The e-mail has to be sent to erasmus [at] cumhuriyet.edu.tr. Aſter the student has been nominated and accepted by the receiving university, s/he will receive an e-mail regarding the application and registration procedures. | |

| The accepted student has to fill out the incoming mobilities information form and send the following documents aſter receiving an e-mail from the host university regarding the acceptance: 1. Learning Agreement, 2. Transcript of Records, 3. Passport Copy, 4. Biometric Photo, 5. Europass CV, 6. Motivation letter. | |
