Language of Instruction
The main language of instruction is Turkish. Courses taught in English are also available.
Academic Workload
One ECTS credit corresponds to approximately 30 hours of student workload.
Nomination Information
Incoming students and staff must be officially nominated by their home institution before completing the individual application procedure.
Home Institution
The sending university verifies the participant’s eligibility for the relevant mobility.
Official Nomination
The authorised office of the home institution sends the nomination to SCU.
Application Instructions
Following review, the nominee receives the applicable application and registration instructions.
Nomination must be institutional
Nomination must be submitted by the authorised International Relations Office, Erasmus+ Office or equivalent mobility unit of the sending institution. Self-nominations submitted by individual participants are not accepted.
Application Information
Following nomination, eligible students and staff receive the applicable Incoming application instructions by e-mail.

Additional requirement for KA171 incoming mobilities
Students and staff seeking an incoming KA171 mobility funded by Sivas Cumhuriyet University must first apply to an active KA171 call published by SCU and must officially be entitled to the mobility as a result of that call.
Following entitlement, the sending institution completes the official nomination and the participant follows the Incoming application procedure.
