International Staff Week is one of the key internationalisation activities of Sivas Cumhuriyet University. The event brings together academic and administrative staff from partner institutions around the world to share knowledge, exchange good practices and develop sustainable cooperation.

The 7th Erasmus+ International Staff Week will be held at Sivas Cumhuriyet University between 12–16 October 2026.

Academic and administrative staff from partner institutions will have the opportunity to participate in seminars, networking meetings, teaching/training activities, campus visits and cultural events in Sivas.

International Staff Week is an international event designed for academic and administrative staff from higher education institutions. It provides a platform for participants to exchange experiences, discuss internationalisation practices, improve institutional cooperation and explore new opportunities for Erasmus+ mobility and partnerships.
During the programme, participants may take part in seminars, workshops, institutional presentations, networking meetings, teaching or training activities, campus visits and cultural events. The programme also offers an opportunity to discover Sivas, its historical heritage, local culture and cuisine.

Opening Ceremony
Registration, welcome speeches, university presentation and programme introduction.
Seminars and Workshops
Sessions on internationalisation, intercultural communication, student mobility and higher education cooperation.
Teaching and Training Activities
Academic and administrative activities carried out in relevant departments or units.
Cultural Programme
Campus visits, city orientation, museum visits, local cuisine and cultural activities.
Closing Ceremony
Evaluation, participant reflections, certificate ceremony and group photo session.

Practical Information
Venue
Activities are generally held at Sivas Cumhuriyet University campus, International Relations Office, relevant departments and selected cultural venues in Sivas.
Transportation
Transportation arrangements, meeting points and airport/city transfer details are announced on the relevant Staff Week page.
Documents
Participants may need to prepare mobility agreements, acceptance letters, travel documents and certificates according to Erasmus+ rules.
