Departmental Erasmus+ Coordinators
Each faculty and department of Sivas Cumhuriyet University appoints an Erasmus+ Departmental Coordinator to support the effective implementation of student and staff mobility activities.
Departmental Coordinators act as the main academic contact points for incoming and outgoing Erasmus+ participants and support mobility procedures within their respective academic fields.

Incoming students and staff should contact the Erasmus+ Departmental Coordinator of the faculty or department in which their study, traineeship, teaching or training activity will take place.

Departmental Coordinators provide academic guidance and help connect participants with the relevant academic unit throughout the Erasmus+ mobility process.
Learning Agreements
Supports the academic review of proposed courses and Learning Agreements for incoming and outgoing student mobility.
Course Selection
Provides guidance on courses, academic programmes, departmental requirements and study-related questions.
Recognition Procedures
Supports academic recognition procedures and provides guidance regarding changes made during the mobility period.
Teaching & Training
Assists with the academic coordination of incoming and outgoing staff Teaching and Training Mobility activities.
Departmental Coordination
Acts as the link between Erasmus+ participants, academic departments and the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordination Office.
Partner Cooperation
Supports academic communication and cooperation with Erasmus+ partner institutions within the relevant field.
