- Develop and implement mandatory diversity and inclusion training for all staff and faculty members.
- Create and support affinity groups, such as student clubs, for underrepresented groups on campus.
- Develop and offer cultural competency and sensitivity training for all students.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to address discrimination and bias.
- Create a system for reporting and addressing incidents of discrimination, bias, and harassment.
- Organize regular meetings with CENGEL to be aware of the problems faced by students and staff with disabilities
- Foster a campus culture that values and promotes diversity and inclusion through education, programming, and events.
- Partner with community organizations to provide educational and job opportunities for underrepresented groups.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the diversity and inclusion strategy on a regular basis, and make adjustments as necessary.
