Sivas Cumhuriyet University is located only 5 km from the city center of Sivas, a historic city in central Türkiye. The main campus covers an impressive area of approximately 2,720 acres, making it one of the largest university campuses in the country. Thanks to frequent public buses operating every 5–10 minutes, students can reach the city center in about 15 minutes, ensuring easy access to urban facilities while enjoying the spacious and modern campus environment.

The university hosts 18 faculties, 4 institutes, 18 schools / vocational schools, and 35 research centers, serving more than 50,000 students. Academic activities are supported by over 2259 academic staff. The Central Library, with study halls and group rooms, together with faculty libraries and various computer laboratories, provide students with modern learning opportunities. The campus includes state dormitories (with more than 2,700 beds for male and 10,000 beds for female students), a student guesthouse with 100 beds, and university-managed accommodation options. In addition, residences located just 2 km away, as well as private dormitories and apartments in the city center, offer alternative housing. The International Relations Office and ESN Cumhuriyet provide guidance and support to help students find the most suitable accommodation during their stay.

The International Relations Office is located on campus and is the main contact point for incoming Erasmus+ students. Here, dedicated academic and administrative staff provide assistance on academic procedures, accommodation, and integration. The active Erasmus Student Network (ESN Cumhuriyet) further enhances the student experience by organizing social, cultural, and orientation activities. Peer mentoring and buddy programs help Erasmus+ students adapt quickly to both the university and the city.

With 35 research and application centers, including a university hospital, Sivas Cumhuriyet University offers excellent opportunities for practical training and research collaboration. Erasmus+ exchange students are enrolled in the relevant faculties, institutes, and schools located on the main campus of Sivas Cumhuriyet University. Academic mobility activities, including coursework, examinations, and student support services, are carried out exclusively within the main campus area.
