General Information
Semester Dates: 1st Semester (Fall/Winter): 15 September – 1 February
2nd Semester (Spring/Summer): 15 February – 30 June

Language of Instruction: Turkish (English courses are provided)

Language Requirements: B1 for students, B2 for staff in English/Turkish
ECTS Load: 30 ECTS credits per semester. 1 ECTS = 30 hours of workload

Nomination Information
The home university has to nominate the students or staff via e-mail. The e-mail has to be sent to
erasmus [at] cumhuriyet.edu.tr. Aſter the student has been nominated and accepted by the receiving university, s/he
will receive an e-mail regarding the application and registration procedures.
Nomination Deadline: Fall Semester: 1st July
Spring Semester: 1st December

Application Information
The accepted student has to fill out the incoming mobilities information form and send the following documents
aſter receiving an e-mail from the host university regarding the acceptance: 1. Learning Agreement, 2. Transcript
of Records, 3. Passport Copy, 4. Biometric Photo, 5. Europass CV, 6. Motivation letter.
Application Deadline: Fall Semester: 1st July
Spring Semester: 1st December
Application Form: will be sent via e-mail to the nominee

Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, North Macedonia, Serbia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) are EU
Member countries and third countries associated to the programme; these countries are within the scope of
Erasmus+ KA131. Countries that are not listed above are within the scope of Erasmus+ KA171.
