In order to ensure the effective implementation of Erasmus+ mobility activities, each faculty and department of Sivas Cumhuriyet University appoints an Erasmus+ Departmental Coordinator. These coordinators serve as the primary contact points for both incoming and outgoing students and staff.
Departmental Coordinators are responsible for guiding students through the academic and administrative aspects of the Erasmus+ Programme, including course recognition, learning agreements, and mobility-related procedures. They also provide academic advice, ensure compliance with institutional and Erasmus+ regulations, and support international exchange by fostering cooperation between partner institutions.
