[F REIMS01] Staff Training Week in REIMS (France) [INVESTed in International Student Support: A pledge of quality for the attractiveness of our institutions!] 31st March – 4th April 2025

The University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne (France) is glad to announce the launch of our next Staff Training Week, from 31^st of March to 4^th of April 2025.

We would be happy to meet you in Reims for the first part of this innovative staff training.

A Joint Staff training initiative 

The INVEST European University Alliance, which we joined in 2023, launched a new type of Fellow program between the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne (France), the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy) and the University of Karelia (Finland) as a platform for engagement and professional competence.  

Being part of a European universities alliance can seem obscure or a distant concept for many staff members, especially for universities joining an existing alliance. Therefore, we created this staff training with the objective to gather staff from different working fields and to exchange about what it means in their everyday work to be part of an alliance, what should or could be changed to better contribute to the goals of the alliance but also what is or could be their role in creating a new alliance community. In addition, this edition will also focus on International Student Support and targeted at administrative staff from admission, faculty services, and mobility services. 

As a partner of the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne, you are very welcomed in this staff training tackling cultural competences & diversity awareness, increased motivation & job satisfaction, as well as feedback mechanisms for improvement. 

Participation fees: 150€/person, to be paid upon arrival & once selected (accommodation and food not included, apart from daily coffee breaks)
