Nomination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The student is nominated to the host university by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This process is called nomination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The nomination process is not carried out by the student themselves; unless otherwise specified, it is handled by the relevant Erasmus+ unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Application to the Other University<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the nomination, the other university may ask the student to apply separately through their own application system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At this stage, by the other institution:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>online application form,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transcript,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>student certificate,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>language certificate,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identity or passport information,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photograph,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learning Agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Documents such as these may be requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application deadlines of the other institution must be carefully monitored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Online Learning Agreement (OLA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Learning Agreement is the key Erasmus+ document outlining the courses to be taken during the mobility period and the academic recognition of these courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Courses should be determined in consultation with the relevant academic\/departmental Erasmus+ coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before the Learning Agreement is approved, it is important to evaluate the courses in terms of content, credits, and academic suitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Acceptance Letter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the evaluation of the application by the receiving institution, an Acceptance Letter or equivalent document may be issued indicating that the student has been accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This document may be required especially for visa, assignment, or other mobility applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Things to do before mobility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Receiving acceptance from the host institution should not be considered the end of the Erasmus+ process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following procedures are typically involved before mobility begins:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completion of Learning Agreement approvals,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>receiving the acceptance letter,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preparation of necessary contracts,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reporting bank information,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>insurance procedures,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completion of visa or residence permit procedures,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>making a travel plan,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission of documents requested by the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The required documents may not be the same for every student.
