Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Erasmus+ Institutional Coordination Unit has announced the Erasmus+ KA171 (Third Countries Not Related to the Programme) Student Learning and Traineeship Mobility program.<\/p>\n\n\n

Applications must be submitted through the TURNAPortal system, operated by the Presidency of European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), using a Digital Turkey (e-Government) password, between the dates specified under the heading IMPORTANT DATES.\u00a0https:\/\/turnaportal.ua.gov.tr<\/a>\u00a0It will be obtained via this address.<\/p>\n\n\n

The system user manual prepared by the Turkish National Agency is included as an annex to the relevant announcement. Applications that do not comply with the announcement text will be considered invalid. The system user manual is for informational purposes only and has no official validity. In case of any discrepancy between the announcement text and the system user manual or the statements made on the system screens, the PDF version of the announcement text shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n

Application and participation in the International Relations Office Foreign Language Exam, to be held on February 14, 2026 and February 27, 2026, are free of charge. However, if a candidate does not participate in any stage of the exam, the candidate will be charged for the exam administration costs in accordance with the Regulation on Procedures and Principles Regarding the Collection of Public Losses, published in the Official Gazette dated October 19, 2006 and numbered 26324. 850.00 TL<\/strong> The fee will be assessed and sanctions will be applied in accordance with the relevant legislation. The invitation letter uploaded to the system must contain the information specified in the sample invitation letter. Invitation letters that do not comply with the standard (institution letterhead, student's personal and educational information, name, address, telephone number, website address, and email address of the inviting institution, name and position of the authorized person, whether they have signing authority, personal and contact information, wet signature, stamp and seal or verifiable electronic signature, detailed information about the activity, and other information specified in the sample invitation letter) will be considered invalid, and no prioritization points will be awarded.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
