In accordance with the letter dated 22.02.2022 and numbered 12994 from the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education and the letter dated 06.10.2023 and numbered 81749 from the Presidency of the European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), it has been stipulated that the processes related to Erasmus+ Higher Education Student and Staff Mobility must be carried out through TURNAPortal (https:\/\/turnaportal.ua.gov.tr\/). Therefore, it is mandatory to upload all documents requested before, during, and after the mobility (declaration of participation, waiver letter, acceptance letter\/invitation letter, identity card, passport, learning agreement, certificate of participation, etc.) to the Portal.

All candidates participating in the mobility program are required to open a UETS e-notification account and upload their UETS document to TURNAPortal before the mobility program. Participants who do not open a UETS account and upload the document to the system will not receive payment.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In accordance with the letter dated 05.12.2022 and numbered 236837, the terms of office of the members appointed by the Rectorate of Sivas Cumhuriyet University have expired, and new members have replaced the previously appointed members of the election committee as per the aforementioned letter.<\/p>\n

\u201cDuring the evaluation of these applications and the final decision-making process, there are no personal relationships between any of the applicants and the members of the Election Commission that could affect their impartiality. The decision was made in accordance with the principles of transparency.\u201d<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n

The acceptance letter\/invitation letter must be submitted by the specified date (The document must include the name and surname of the successful candidate, the date range of the mobility, the type of mobility (teaching or training), and the signature and seal\/stamp of the institution's authorized representative).,<\/li>\n
  3. UETS e-Notification Registration Certificate<\/li>\n
  4. After obtaining the acceptance letter, the candidate's unit must obtain approval from the Board of Directors and the Rectorate.,<\/li>\n
  5. After completing and signing the Mobility Agreement, it must be submitted to the relevant personnel.,<\/li>\n

    4. The participant is required to submit the relevant bank receipt confirming receipt of the payment (this can be done prior to the trip).<\/li>\n

      1. Evaluation Results Coordination Office's website (https:\/\/erasmus.cumhuriyet.edu.tr<\/a>(will be announced via ).<\/li>\n
      2. Candidates may appeal the evaluation results within 5 days of the announcement of the results. Appeals will be accepted online only. Appeals will not be accepted in person. Details regarding the submission of appeals will be announced later.<\/li>\n
      3. Participants must submit a declaration of participation stating that they will undertake the mobility programs they have been awarded under Erasmus+, or a waiver letter indicating their desire to withdraw from these programs. These documents must be submitted within 5 days of the announcement of the results. Candidates who fail to submit their documents within the specified time will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus+ Handbook for Higher Education Institutions published by the Presidency of the European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), the Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Directive, and the Erasmus Program Directive.<\/li>\n
      4. If the invitation letter is not delivered by the specified date, the employee in question will lose their right, and the right will be given to the reserve candidates.<\/li>\n
      5. Mobility cannot take place before this date. This date is the earliest date on which mobility can begin.<\/li>\n
      6. It is mandatory to have returned to T\u00fcrkiye and submitted all documents by this date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
