Invitation letters that do not comply with the standard (institution letterhead, student&#039;s personal and educational information, name, address, telephone number, website address, and email address of the inviting institution, name and position of the authorized person, whether they have signing authority, personal and contact information, wet signature, stamp and seal or verifiable electronic signature, detailed information about the activity, and other information specified in the sample invitation letter) will be considered invalid, and no prioritization points will be awarded.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"vc_message_box vc_message_box-solid-icon vc_message_box-rounded vc_color-warning\" ><div class=\"vc_message_box-icon\"><i class=\"fas fa-exclamation-triangle\"><\/i><\/div><ul>\n<li>The GPA shown in the transcript documents uploaded to the system must match the declared GPA. Candidates are responsible for outdated transcripts, transcripts that contradict the terms stated in the announcement, and any discrepancies in GPA. If updating the Y\u00d6KS\u0130S data is necessary, the candidate should contact the relevant department. Since the GPA data transferred from Y\u00d6KS\u0130S to TURNAPortal is used as the basis, the uploaded transcript documents must be consistent with this data. Ba\u015fvuru s\u0131ras\u0131nda ilgili dilek\u00e7eyi ibraz etmeyen \u00f6\u011frencilerin ba\u015fvurular\u0131 ge\u00e7ersiz say\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"vc_message_box vc_message_box-solid-icon vc_message_box-rounded vc_color-danger\" ><div class=\"vc_message_box-icon\"><i class=\"fas fa-exclamation-triangle\"><\/i><\/div><p align=\"justify\">\u0130ki hareketlilik t\u00fcr\u00fcne ayn\u0131 anda ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sistem hangi ba\u015fvuruya \u00f6ncelik vermek istedi\u011finizi soracakt\u0131r. Bu a\u015famada \u00f6nceliklendirdi\u011finiz ba\u015fvuruda puan azaltma i\u015flemi uygulanmayacak, di\u011fer ba\u015fvurunun toplam puan\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirme \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctleri gere\u011fi 10 puan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclecektir. \u00d6nceliklendirme sisteminin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmamas\u0131 veya hatal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 durumunda ilk ba\u015fvuru \u00f6nceliklendirilmi\u015f say\u0131lacak, di\u011fer ba\u015fvurudan 10 puan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclecektir. Daha \u00f6nce hareketlilikten faydalanm\u0131\u015f bir \u00f6\u011frencinin hem \u00f6\u011frenim hem staj faaliyetine ayn\u0131 zamanda ba\u015fvurmas\u0131 durumunda, daha \u00f6nce faydaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 hareketlilik t\u00fcr\u00fcnden 20 puan, ba\u015fvurdu\u011fu ikinci hareketlilik t\u00fcr\u00fcnden ise 10 puan eksiltme uygulan\u0131r. Hangi hareketlilik t\u00fcr\u00fcne hangi \u00f6\u011frenim kademesinin ba\u015fvuru yapabilece\u011fi ilan metninde yer almaktad\u0131r. Ba\u015fvuru yaparken bu hususa dikkat etmeyen adaylar\u0131n ba\u015fvurular\u0131 ge\u00e7ersiz say\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"vc_message_box vc_message_box-solid-icon vc_message_box-rounded vc_color-danger\" ><div class=\"vc_message_box-icon\"><i class=\"fas fa-exclamation-triangle\"><\/i><\/div><p align=\"justify\">In Erasmus+ applications, the foreign language proficiency test result uploaded to the TURNAPortal system by the participant within the application period, or the result of the Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam taken by the International Relations Office, must comply with the language requirements specified in the Erasmus+ Inter-institutional Agreements signed between Sivas Cumhuriyet University and the institution where the mobility will take place for Student Learning and Staff Teaching Mobility, and the official language(s) of the relevant country. For Student Traineeship and Staff Training Mobility, the language declared during the application process must be one of the official languages of the country where the mobility will take place. If the language declared during the application process for Student Traineeship and Staff Training Mobility is not one of the official languages of the country where the mobility will take place, the participant cannot undertake the mobility to that country. In this case, the application for Student Learning and Staff Teaching Mobility will be considered invalid, and the invitation\/acceptance letter submitted by the candidate for Student Traineeship and Staff Training Mobility must comply with the conditions mentioned above.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"vc_message_box vc_message_box-solid-icon vc_message_box-rounded vc_color-danger\" ><div class=\"vc_message_box-icon\"><i class=\"fas fa-exclamation-triangle\"><\/i><\/div><ul>\n<li>Students of the German Language and Literature Department,\n<ul>\n<li>Almanya&#8217;daki kurumlarda hareketlilik ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek istiyorsa yabanc\u0131 dil Almanca olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>If you wish to undertake mobility programs in institutions in other countries, your foreign language must be English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Students from the Department of Translation and Interpreting and the Department of French Language and Literature,\n<ul>\n<li>Fransa&#8217;daki kurumlarda hareketlilik ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek istiyorsa yabanc\u0131 dil Fransa olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>If you wish to undertake mobility programs in institutions in other countries, your foreign language must be English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Students of the English Language and Literature Department,<\/li>\n<li>Applicants wishing to participate in a mobility program at Bayreuth University in Germany must possess a TOEFL certificate.
