Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Erasmus+ Institutional Coordination Unit has announced the Erasmus+ KA171 (Third Countries Not Related to the Programme) Student Traineeship Mobility program.<\/p>\n

Applications must be submitted through the TURNAPortal system, operated by the Presidency of European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), using a Digital Turkey (e-Government) password, between the dates specified under the heading IMPORTANT DATES. https:\/\/turnaportal.ua.gov.tr<\/a> It will be obtained via this address.<\/p>\n

The system user manual prepared by the Turkish National Agency is included as an annex to the relevant announcement. Applications that do not comply with the announcement text will be considered invalid. The system user manual is for informational purposes only and has no official validity. In case of any discrepancy between the announcement text and the system user manual or the statements made on the system screens, the PDF version of the announcement text shall prevail.<\/p>\n

Application and participation in the Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam, which will be held on February 22, 2025 and February 28, 2025, are free of charge. However, candidates who will not be taking the exam for any reason after applying must notify the relevant authorities of their non-participation by Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 16:00. Erasmus+ Foreign Language Exam Waiver Form<\/a> If the candidate fails to declare their eligibility and does not participate in any stage of the exam, they will be charged the exam administration costs in accordance with the Regulation on Procedures and Principles Regarding the Collection of Public Losses, published in the Official Gazette dated 19\/10\/2006 and numbered 26324. \u20ba750.00<\/u> The fee will be assessed and sanctions will be applied in accordance with the relevant legislation. In this case, legal proceedings will be initiated to collect the fee from the applicant.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Since a grant agreement has not yet been signed between the Turkish National Agency and our University, eligible participants can only undertake their mobility after the relevant agreement is signed. No mobility can take place before the agreement is signed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The 2024 Contribution Agreement between Turkey and the European Commission has not yet been signed. Therefore, your application for Erasmus+ student mobility, whether you are selected for the program with or without funding, does not constitute a vested right. Whether you will receive funding, and the amount of that funding, will be finalized once the agreement with the European Commission is signed and the subsequent funding allocation process for your university is completed. Your university or the Turkish National Agency cannot be held responsible for any financial or non-financial losses resulting from delays or disruptions in these agreement processes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Mobility activities for the 2024 projects will begin after the signing of the 2024 Contribution Agreement between T\u00fcrkiye and the European Commission. Estimated mobility start date: 15.07.2025<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The invitation letter uploaded to the system must contain the information specified in the sample invitation letter. Invitation letters that do not comply with the standard (institution letterhead, student's personal and educational information, name, address, telephone number, website address, and email address of the inviting institution, name and position of the authorized person, whether they have signing authority, personal and contact information, wet signature, stamp and seal or verifiable electronic signature, detailed information about the activity, and other information specified in the sample invitation letter) will be considered invalid, and no prioritization points will be awarded.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
