Applications must be submitted through the TURNAPortal system, operated by the Presidency of European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), using a Digital Turkey (e-Government) password, between the dates specified under the heading IMPORTANT DATES. https:\/\/turnaportal.ua.gov.tr<\/a> It will be obtained via this address.<\/p>\n

The 2025 Contribution Agreement between Turkey and the European Commission has not yet been signed. Therefore, your application for Erasmus+ student mobility, whether you are selected for a mobility program with or without funding, does not constitute a vested right. Whether you will receive funding, and the amount of your funding, will be finalized once the agreement with the European Commission is signed and the subsequent funding allocation process for your university is completed.
