\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 We would like to invite you to International Scientific and Traning Conference<\/span><\/p>\n

IX INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TOWARDS CHRONIC PATIENTS,\u00a0<\/i><\/b>organised by the Faculty of Health\u00a0 Sciences of State University of Applied Sciences in Wloclawek in cooperation with Neurological and Neurosurgical Nursing Department, Faculty of Health Science, Collegium Medicum, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Head Chamber of Nurses and Midwives in Wloclawek.<\/span><\/p>\n

The objective of the conference is the presentation of results, exchange of experience and good practice in the care of chronic patients\u00a0<\/span>in the context of ensuring the quality of services and care for patient safety<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recipients:<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

The conference addresses health-care professionals \u2013 members of interdisciplinary medical team\u00a0\u00a0 (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, heath carers, managment staff of healthcare institutions), nursing students and\u00a0 everyone interested in chronic care<\/span><\/p>\n

Speakers:<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

-chronic care leaders,<\/span><\/p>\n

– managment staff of healthcare institutions,<\/span><\/p>\n

–\u00a0<\/span>scientists in the field of medical sciences and health sciences – representatives of Polish and foreign academic circles,<\/span><\/p>\n

-students from students research clubs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conference date: May 15, 2024<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Form: 1) videoconference (on-line) or 2)\u00a0<\/b><\/span>personal participation<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Fees: free participation<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking time: maximum 10 minutes<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Language of speeches: English<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
