  1. If the mobility will take place within the period specified in the Important Dates section, the participation declaration form must be completed; if it will not take place, the waiver form must be completed.,<\/li>\n
  2. The candidate must obtain approval from the Rectorate via a Board of Directors decision from the unit where the candidate is employed.,<\/li>\n
  3. After completing and signing the Mobility Agreement, it must be submitted to the relevant personnel.,<\/li>\n
  4. Current Account from T\u00fcrkiye Vak\u0131flar Bankas\u0131 TAO Cumhuriyet University Branch EURO<\/strong> Opening of (\u20ac) account and IBAN<\/strong> informing the relevant personnel,<\/li>\n
  5. A grant agreement needs to be signed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

      \n
    1. A signed and stamped\/sealed Certificate of Participation received from the partner institution,<\/li>\n
    2. If the participant received a travel grant, the travel tickets,<\/li>\n
    3. Passport entry and exit records,<\/li>\n
    4. The participant is required to submit the relevant bank receipt confirming receipt of the payment (this can be done prior to the trip).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Optionally, you can share visuals of the teaching or learning activities you conducted during your mobility period with our Coordination Office. The visuals you share will be used to publish them on our social media accounts and website.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n

      1. Evaluation Results Coordination Office's website (https:\/\/erasmus.cumhuriyet.edu.tr<\/a>(will be announced via ).<\/li>\n
      2. Candidates may appeal the evaluation results within 7 days of the announcement of the results. Appeals will be accepted online only. Appeals will not be accepted in person. Details regarding the submission of appeals will be announced later.<\/li>\n
      3. Participants must submit a declaration of participation stating that they will undertake the mobility programs they have been awarded under Erasmus+, or a waiver letter indicating their desire to withdraw from these programs. These documents must be submitted within 7 days of the announcement of the results. Candidates who fail to submit their documents within the specified time will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the Erasmus+ Handbook for Higher Education Institutions published by the Presidency of the European Union Education and Youth Programs Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Turkish National Agency), the Sivas Cumhuriyet University International Relations Office Directive, and the Erasmus Program Directive.<\/li>\n
      4. It is mandatory to have returned to T\u00fcrkiye and submitted all documents by this date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
