Late nominations may not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nomination-procedure\">Nomination Procedure<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The sending university has to nominate the participants (all types of mobilities) by sending an email to the following addresses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>for KA131 (EU Member and third countries associated to the programme) mobilities:<\/strong> erasmus [at] cumhuriyet.edu.tr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>for KA171 (third countries not associated to the programme) mobilities:<\/strong> emreseven [at] cumhuriyet.edu.tr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The nomination e-mail sent by the sending university should include the following information for each nominee:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full Name (as in passport\/ID)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of Birth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gender<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nationality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-mail address of the student<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Field of Study \/ Subject Area (with ISCED code if possible)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current Level of Study (Bachelor, Master, PhD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Home University (full name, Erasmus code)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receiving Faculty\/Department at SCU<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobility Type (Study \/ Traineeship)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobility Period (e.g., Fall 2025, Spring 2026, or Full Year 2025\u20132026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planned Duration (start and end dates if available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language proficiency (in English or Turkish)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention<br>The nomination e-mail has to be sent by the International Relations Office or Erasmus+ Office of the sending university. E-mail sent by the participants are not accepted as nominations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"application-procedure\">Application Procedure<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon the nomination, the participants who are accepted will receive an e-mail with the application procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"application-documents\">Application Documents<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Application Form<\/strong> (PDF, will be sent via e-mail)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Incoming Mobilities Information Form<\/strong> (Online form, link will be sent via e-mail)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong data-start=\"401\" data-end=\"416\">Passport<\/strong> (PDF, photo page, valid for the full mobility period)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>National ID Card<\/strong> (PDF)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"493\">Transcript of Records<\/strong> (in English; signed\/stamped)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Student Enrollmen\/Registration Document<\/strong> (in English; signed\/stamped document that proofs the applicant is a student)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"552\">Learning Agreement (LA)<\/strong> prepared via <strong data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"605\">EWP\/Online Learning Agreement (OLA)<\/strong> and signed by <strong data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"666\">student, home university, SCU<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>OLA is not applicable in KA171 mobilities. Thos who want to apply to the call in order to receive grant by SCU have to follow the instructions stated in the call page. After the offical entitlement, the procedure on this page has to be followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"student-mobility-for-studies\"><br>Student Mobility for Studies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Students coming to Sivas Cumhuriyet University under Erasmus+ for studies enroll in courses at the <strong data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"758\">faculties located on the main campus<\/strong>. Their study period can be for <strong data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"830\">one semester or a full academic year<\/strong>. Academic recognition is guaranteed through the <strong data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"901\">Learning Agreement<\/strong> and the use of <strong data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"933\">ECTS credits<\/strong>, ensuring that studies completed at Sivas Cumhuriyet University are fully recognized by their home institution. Students are provided with academic advising, library access, language support, and cultural integration activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"student-mobility-for-traineeship\"><br>Student Mobility for Traineeship<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Erasmus+ students may also carry out a <strong data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1281\">traineeship (internship)<\/strong> at Sivas Cumhuriyet University. Traineeships are hosted by relevant academic or administrative units depending on the student\u2019s field of study. This mobility allows students to gain <strong data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1555\">practical experience, develop professional skills, and build intercultural competencies<\/strong>. The International Relations Office facilitates placements and provides guidance throughout the traineeship period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"staff-mobility\"><br>Staff Mobility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sivas Cumhuriyet University also participates actively in staff mobilities, providing opportunities for academic and administrative staff from partner institutions to visit, collaborate, and share expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"staff-mobility-for-teaching\"><br>Staff Mobility for Teaching<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Academic staff from partner universities may visit Sivas Cumhuriyet University to deliver <strong data-start=\"2053\" data-end=\"2089\">lectures, seminars, or workshops<\/strong> within the framework of an Erasmus+ teaching mobility. These visits encourage <strong data-start=\"2168\" data-end=\"2254\">academic exchange, joint curriculum development, and the sharing of best practices<\/strong>. Staff members are hosted by the relevant faculties and departments, and teaching hours are organized in accordance with Erasmus+ programme requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"staff-mobility-for-training\"><br>Staff Mobility for Training<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Administrative and academic staff may also participate in <strong data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2534\">training mobility<\/strong> at Sivas Cumhuriyet University. Training activities may include <strong data-start=\"2599\" data-end=\"2690\">job-shadowing, workshops, participation in staff weeks, or skill-development programmes<\/strong> offered by various units of the university.
