However, this period may be extended to 30 business days if the requested information or document needs to be obtained from another unit, if the opinion of another institution is required, or if the application concerns more than one institution or organization.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          In requests for information, the requested information or document must be stated clearly, concretely, and understandably.
