campus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and offer cultural competency and sensitivity training for all students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement policies and procedures to address discrimination and bias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a system for reporting and addressing incidents of discrimination, bias, and harassment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize regular meetings with CENGEL to be aware of the problems faced by students and staff with disabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a campus culture that values and promotes diversity and inclusion through education, programming, and events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with community organizations to provide educational and job opportunities for underrepresented groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and evaluate the effectiveness of the diversity and inclusion strategy on a regular basis, and make adjustments as
